Clean room & environment

Apparently pets allowed but I didn’t have the dog with me. Everything very clean and functional.

Amazing property, located just 5 mins walk from the Ipswich Railway Station. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, delicious breakfast and an amazing breakfast.

As always, the room was clean ( yes even under the bed) , the staff are always polite and you feel they are actually pleased to see you. Looking forward to my next stay.

Very clean and with friendly staff. I was fairly impressed with the breakfast - a good range and plentiful - but less so with the bed, which was no more than OK, especially with only one pillow each.

We came for the football on the Saturday and we was very impressed with the hotel, rooms were nice, decent bar, excellent breakfasts, although we didn’t eat in the hotel the menu was excellent and not overly expensive, and from what we saw people eating it looked very nice. As most hotels there always seems to be an issue with the breakfasts on a Sunday morning as they ran out of glasses for the juice, then had to wait 20 minutes for bacon, then the coffee machine ran out, but it does seem to be the norm at most hotels as this is something we always see. Having said that the young lady was running round doing her very best and was very polite and like I already mentioned the breakfast was well worth waiting for. Hopefully be back one day.

This is an obviously well run hotel with first impressions catered for. The staff are all pleasant and welcoming and the room well laid out with plenty of room to breathe. The air conditioning worked well and more importantly was quiet in its operation. Close to the main station and just a short walk to town. The breakfast was excellent with a very good choice of hot and cold food. The evening meal, though expensive, was excellent and a good portion was given. All in all an excellent place to stay.

They allow you to leave a case before or after you check out, for a couple of hours. The Travelodge suddenly stopped allowing this, so this hotel is much better for ITFC fans who don’t have a car in which to lock luggage. The breakfast is better too, although they could do with an extra coffee machine for peak times. They allowed me to check in early, which was great.

I struggled with the code for the room and I prefer a key card Over a code And I would love to have some hot chocolate sachets to drink before I go to bed And would like to have some event warning at the toilets or sink aren’t functioning properly. The sink was fine but the toilet wasn’t And. If I had a three nights day I would’ve mentioned it and moved luckily I mentioned it but I didn’t move this time, but if I stayed for three or four nights, I would’ve asked to change rooms

Absolutely amazing hotel to stay in, the staff honestly are a credit to the company, I stayed alone for 3 nights back in Nov and had to return a week later with my family as my father was end of life, we arrived to the hotel at 2am with a toddler in tow and the staff were simply the loviest helping us park in a very full car park so we didn’t have to park off site, were very compassionate and said If they could help with anything they would. They saw my partner and little one walking around over the next few days and went and got little one a sand which and snacks. Breakfast was lovely a great array of choice and very helpful with ordering veggie sausages, plenty of choice of breads and hot drinks also. We didn’t eat off the main menu but it looked and sounded lovely from what we saw. I booked this hotel as I loved it the first stay so booked again, sadly they don’t do family rooms so that means 2 rooms being paid for but to be honest I’m happy to do that if it menas staying somewhere so nice x

Bathroom and mattress was good and dinners were cooked nice.quite friendly staff and relaxing place.

The rom was spotless, clean and a comfy bed.

Amazing staff and room was so lovely after our awful experience at the easy hotel
