The room was lovely and really well kept. Daily cleaning was excellent. The pools were lovely, the lifeguards were very whistle happy thought! The thing I really need to flag is the lower/upper inclusive plans. We were lower (although don't recall deciding this when booking) which meant we didn't get a reserved table for dinner. We were just sat outside in unreserved tables, which was ok when there was an available table for us... Sometimes there would be and if we were lucky it would be cleaned and if we were lucky broken glass would be cleaned up. When it came to meals, lower inclusive were basically not cared about.

The super friendly and efficient staff make this place a wonderful choice for families with kids of all ages. From reception to the team running the entertainment, the chefs and the house-keeping staff are a wonderful hard working team . The location is perfect for children and families.

This hotel is very average

Great sporting facilities and activities and staff are all amazing, excellent service and friendliness. Clean and well maintained… food is fresh and well presented and drinks and options are great if you opt for the drinks package. only gripe is no a la carte restaurant with menu choices. So unless you love buffets, I’d value an la carte with menu choices. Great beach, pool and bars. Really good value for money.

Restaurant staff, activity organisers and the entertainers were all very friendly. Food was good and chefs were willing to cook specific items for vegetarians on request. Gym, tennis courts and pools all well maintained. I think they need more reception staff as queues at reception were sometimes long.

Es un hotel multitudinario, con mil entretenimientos, muy enfocado para niños, si buscas tranquilidad no es el sitio adecuado, demasiados niños que lloran y perros que ladran. Las habitaciones son correctas aunque el baño es pequeño para el precio que tienen las habitaciones. La comida correcta, pero luego te cobran por todo, alquiler de toallas, una para toda la estancia, reserva de mesa para las comidas, reserva de tumbonas. No para repetir demasiados estímulos . La playa es buena eso sí.

Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable et parlait un peu français. L’hôtel est très bien situé et nous avons apprécié la piscine et la plage privée et le parking privé et gratuit. Le buffet est très varié. La chambre était très propre et très spacieuse avec beaucoup de rangement. Le prêt d’un adaptateur nous a rendu grandement service.

Informationen vid incheckningen var undermålig, inget mineralvatten som välkomst eller heller i minibaren för den delen. Rostiga utemöbler på balkongen. Maten var inte alls god, alla satt packade som sardiner i matsalen och vid frukosten plockades inte smutsig disk bort. Körsbäret på toppen var när allt vatten stängdes av en kväll i hela hotellet och man fick ingen ursäkt, information eller kompensation. Det som var bra var en ren och fin strand på området och att städningen var snabb och toppen. Lever inte upp till ett fyrstjärnigt hotell, det har definitivt sett sina bästa dagar.

Quarto pequeno sem conforto . Banheiro ainda menor. Restaurante muito bom.

Struttura ampia e ben tenuta. Spiaggia bella. Mare pulito. Cibo ottimo per i primi 4 giorni poi deve essere successo qualcosa ....

In generale tutto buono, cibo ottimo, animazione simpatica, bel mare, l unica pecca era la nostra camera la numero 115, un po'datata e pulita non perfettamente, polvere sul letto, sotto il letto trovata una pillola sconosciuta, capello sul water, formiche che vivevano in camera con noi, dovrebbero almeno disinfestare. Oltre la camera che non ci è piaciuta x questi motivi tutto il resto è stato molto bello...

buona struttura con mare,piscina e ristorante raggiungibili con pochi passi. Animazione presente con numeroso staff ma non invadente. buono il miniclub. Personale sempre disponibile e gentile. Ottimo il mangiare con pochissima fila per le pietanze. Per le serate a tema ho visto di meglio ma ci stavano. La camera me le aspettavo meglio ma tutto sommato andava bene. Il parcheggio a pagamento anche no, si sono persi per pochi euro.

Bellissima struttura direttamente sul mare,piscina enorme e ottima cucina.personale gentile è qualificato.Animazione splendida soprattutto i due ballerini Alessandro e Andrea .Sicuramente ritornerò (x il 7imo anno consecutivo).Complimenti complimenti!
