A perfect holiday paradise Can’t wait for the first opportunity to return

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and its convenient location just 15 minutes from the airport. We stayed in a one bed apartment which was spacious and nicely furnished/decorated. We were staying on an all inclusive basis but it was great to have the small kitchen facilities in the room. The hotel itself is made up of blocks of rooms either over 2 or 3 floors and the gardens/grounds were well maintained and made for a lovely setting. We liked the configuration of the pool areas which meant it catered for those travelling without children but also families too. We stayed mid June and there was absolutely no problem getting a sun bed at anytime. These were comfortable too and umbrella’s were plentiful. There was lounge outdoor seating for drinks away from the pool. Food at the hotel was good offering a wide selection at all meals. I’d seen comments about food not being hot enough but only experienced this from the pasta station. Our only disappointment regarding the food was the actual dining room which is in the basement of the hotel offering no views and quite a noisy experience each meal time. We have left feedback at the hotel about this as this could be improved by using some dividers so it feels less like a canteen. You can eat upstairs outside but only from the snack bar. Wine glasses in the restaurant are small tumblers so we resorted to getting a glass from the bar upstairs and taking it in to dinner. Great staff at this hotel, very accommodating we’d stay again.

Good bits - nice room, good breakfast, brilliant pool area for toddlers, nice pizza place on the roof, other guests were lovely, calm and not busy always had sub beds, fun entertainment Bad - very lazy cleaners, no service at pool only caters to all inclusive packages so feel it’s missing the service element, staff really mixed some are soo lovely and other rude and couldn’t care less, apartment access is bad for buggies no lift lots of stairs

Amazing property!! in such a convenient location too :) We rented a car but there’s a bus station right in front. Would definitely recommend and stay here again

Estuve 6 noches con mi pareja en el hotel con todo incluido en apartamento con terraza. Desde el primer minuto hasta el ultimo, todo el personal fue encantador. Estaban siempre dispuestos a hacernos sentir cómodos, nos trataron con mucho respeto y cariño. Sin duda volveríamos a elegir este hotel y lo hemos recomendado ya a nuestros amigos. La comida es sin duda una de las cosas que también nos encanto, pues todos y cada una de los días era diferente y muy fresca.

Very clean hotel. Staff very friendly. Loved the breakfast. Even had a vegan croissant which the vegans in our party were very happy about. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely location, bus stop right outside and nice walk around the area. Staff were all very friendly. Plenty of sunbeds and pool is lovely. Food choice was great, lots of vegeterian options. Drink was alright, just not very strong. Cleaners didn't seem to clean the room, just made the bed/change towels but fine for a short stay.

Lovely stay, clean and modern room, good shower. Plenty of choice on the breakfast and dinner buffets. Lots of rooms by pools but think it would be packed in the summer months. Friendly staff.

Very good value for money. Nice apartment, stylish, bright, everything you needed. Food not the greatest.

Only stayed here one night prior to going to the airport for an early flight the next day. Man on reception was helpful and gave us all relevant information. Apartment was very nice and spacious. Swimming pools were large and clean. Free parking. Our only complaint was that you could not get any food between 5.30 pm (when snack bar closed) and 7.30 pm (when dining room opened)! Can’t comment on breakfast as we had not booked due to leaving early.

This property and holiday was amazing. The only improvement I could see needed would be a little more variety with food - after a few days it got a little the same. Would have been good to see some theme nights - Chinese, Indian, British favourites etc…

The hotel was beautiful. Very good sound proofing between rooms. The pools appeared clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We chose the all-inclusive option, which was a good value, but the food was marginal. There were several options at each meal which was nice, but there wasn't anything at all that I would describe as "delicious." Many items seemed "cheap." For example, the orange juice didn't taste like orange juice, it tasted like orange drink. It seemed like it was just orange flavored. Some of the ice cream flavors, tasted like the "store brands" or "no-name brands," so they were okay but I wouldn't describe them as good. Several of the deserts seemed like they came out of a plastic wrapper like the type that have a 5-year shelf life. Most of the food was good enough, just not great. The only other downside for me was that the cafeteria was almost entirely self-serve, and I didn't see a single hand sanitizer stand/station anywhere. It freaked me out a bit since hundreds of people were touching the serving utensils and there was nowhere to sanitize my hands after also touching them. Also, there were loaves of French bread and baguettes offered, and I saw one woman just grab the loaf with her bare hand, cut off a chunk and leave the rest.

Stay was okay. Biggest negatives were the food quality and the cockroach and ants in our room! Biggest positive - staff were great.

Perfect place to stay in the island. Near to the beach. Very nice hotel. Food was good and tasty. Friendly staff. Recommended

We had a lovely holiday. We particularly liked the quieter pool area and the beach near by. Staff was helpfull and rooms was bigger than expected. One thing that let the experience down was the dining. Plates and glasses were dirty and restaurant feelt more like a school canteen. We payed for all inclusive but opted to eat out a few meals to have a over all better experience. If they sort food quality and cleanliness in restaurants it would be much better. Over all oki.

Everything you’d want! Cheap and cheerful all inclusive with actual decent food and variety! Pool area lovely rooms spacious and clean. Entertainment looked fun and thought out plus day time activities. Staff friendly and welcoming - would stay again and recommend but you need a car to get around!
