Perfect for a short stay. Breakfast could be a bit more dynamic. Not enough choice, but good for vegetarians.

Great location and hotel

The property is centrally located near the port/marina stores and restaurants. A short bus ride to ladies beach! The main issue was how loud it is. The street noise at night is crazy. Amazing breakfast buffet on the top floor

The breakfast was delicious. Staff accommodated our early ferry by starting breakfast 1/2 hour before the regular time. Everyone was friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean although very small

It’s was excellent little bit of a bad start but resolved very quickly well done

Everything was good,exelent breakfast,good restaurant. The only little minus was WiFi:slow and interruptible. But it was compensated with location,view and walking distance to beach,Old town and shoppings.

Friendly staff very helpful and hardworking room cleaned every day can't fault the staff breakfast not a great choice but enough would stay there again

Enjoyed our stay

Smoke filled property. Even the front desk guys were smoking with the doors open so the smoke wafted up into hotel. We had 2 rooms and my washed clothing still reaks of cigarette smoke. It's posted no smoking, but clearly people were smoking in their rooms. It was gross. There are 2 Hotel Ilyad's only a block apart. This is the one next to the coffee roaster. The other one seemed much better and smelled good inside. I know because we accidentally checked into that location and they only realized and moved us later that evening when we were having dinner.

Good servis

Good location for center. Breakfast sufficient but we had to get out at 10:30.. Has poor management. Were woken up at 0700 by reception, looking for another person. Toilet had to be repaired. Noise level high until 2 AM.

Excellent hotel

The Male receptionist was amazing. The hotel is very central.

Nice and quick check in, rich breakfast

Small refrigerator did not work well. Daytime Manager was very helpful and understood English very well. He was excellent.

Wonderful boutique hotel right across from the beach, air conditioned, friendly and fast check in, clean and spacious room which was reasonably quite, in a great area. Highly recommend, great value for the money.

A good hotel to stay in when coming to Kusadasi I would definitely go back they have excellent breakfast and an awesome rooftop with a sea view

We stayed 4 nights with 3 room - 2 single and 1 double. The room is very clean and cozy. It is very well-located. There are many restaurants available nearby. Staff are very friendly too. Only downside is that the bed is too soft.
