Calm quiet atmosphere. Paper thin walks, could hear people on the toilet next door!
Very tiny shower, DIY shelf that kept crashing down , hit me on the head.
Breakfast, polite staff.
Car parking is a joke, £15 per night. And empty . NPC is cheaper.
Very near to York, lovely walk into town.
Over priced and more of a student , back packer style accommodation.

Convenient location on a quiet street. It is a B &B and the breakfast was outstanding. Room was adequate but bathroom was a challenge due to its very compact size. Good value for the money overall.

It was a lovely hotel near the city centre. There was no shower gel or handwash but you could go go to reception and get some alright if u remember before u shower !!but otherwise the room was lovely breakfast was lovely great choices

I really enjoyed my stay at B+B York. The room was very comfy and very well furnished, loads of handy places to put my stuff in.
The staff were all brilliant and the breakfasts were great.
Lovely quiet location that was also in convenient walking distance of the locations I wanted to visit.
Highly recommended, I will stay again.

Great location and easy parking. As noted on their website there are no lifts so be mindful of this, also the single room bathroom is tiny especially the shower.
Staff were excellent and breakfast decent, overall would recommend.

It's a convenient location from the city center, only 12 minutes away by walking or so from the old stone wall/gate of the city. The parking is also available behind the building, accessible through the side of the building! Good selection of foods on breakfast menu, however I didn't see any fresh fruits being offered! Everything else is just right

En general my 2 nights were ok. There wasn’t a lift and my room was on 2nd floor, lots of steps!
Shower unit didn’t have a hand support on the wall, important especially for older people.

clean room, but the shower was broken to begin with, but fixed after 20 minutes, and loud, drunk guest at 2 am one night, which kept me up for 3 hours, but I did not say anything at the time, with i would not want to deal with such people at 2 am, so can not blame them with just wanting to sleep at the time and did not do anything my self.

Parking is charged extra but I was aware of this in advance at you park at the property, off road, so it's handy. Clean cottage room away from the main building which was quiet. Decent breakfast and attentive staff. Handy location to walk an explore. I would stay again.

Parking on site is available which is a real plus. Very close to the centre, easily walkable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and good selection to choose from. Thoroughly enjoyed my 3 night stay.

We enjoyed an excellent overnight stay at the B+B York. Helpful, cheerful staff and a breakfast to savour. The city centre was a 10 minute stroll away.
Parking on the premises was a bonus
