Arrived but did not check in as on booking it stated they had parking we were told to go to public carpark 4 blocks away with 6 weeks lugage on board we were not prepared to either leave in car or cart to hostal so we left and found a hotel nearer to our destination.

we wanted somewhere cheap to stay while we went shopping at IKEA and then sightseeing in Madrid. It is handy for the shopping centre and easy to find from the motorway.

It's a little far from central Madrid and the sights,it's also a bit of a walk from the metro.For the price it's not bad,the room was clean,the staff didn't speak english but were very kind.

La atención por parte de los empleados es muy buena, la gestión de entradas y salidas también ha sido buena. Y en cuanto a que no me gustase, no le puedo poner ninguna pega a nada, la estancia fue muy buena en general

Me gustó la recepcion y la habitacion estaba bien lo unico que en el cuarto de baño olia mal y noté que el olor venia de debajo del lavabo habia restos en la pared.

Me surgió un problema en el viaje, estuve llamando para avisar que llegaría como 20 minutos más tarde de las 10,que era la hora tope de llegada, no consegui hablar con el hotel, y cuando llege, no había nadie en recepción y con la puerta cerrada, tuvimos q dormir en el coche.

No pude hospedarme allí porque cuando llegué habían cerrado antes de de su hora. Tuve q buscar otro hotel esa misma noche y al día siguiente ir a pedir explicaciones y la devolución del importe.
