Is far for eveeything, I don’t recomended. No public transport, taxi very expensive. Always the taxi robe you with the price. Don’t go to this hotel if you don’t have a car.

Very nice hotel and nice staff

Courteous and knowledgeable staffers in the front desk. Rooms are clean and maintained daily. Very good selection of food, salads, bread pastries coffees and juices in the breakfast buffets that came with my 16 days stay in the hotel and great staff in the breakfast restaurant. Quiet surroundings. Easy to call for taxis. I’ll stay here again in the future.

Very nice property and good location outside the main centre but not too fair 15€ Uber to centre. Rooms are nice and staff are great.

Hotel was very friendly. But capacity on breakwas was not sufficinet. I tried to come at 7AM and 7:30 AM but it was always full. Than I gave up as I had to leave. So I was without breakfast. But due to 2 big Chinese and Taiwanese groups.

Close to Hung Expo conference Center. Quiet at night. For a hotel that was a far distance from other restaurants I would expect their eating area to be open longer than 1030. The bar also had a limited menu

Beautifully peaceful area and the room was nice and quiet

We stayed here for a 4 nights because of the F1 race in Hungary. Pros: Breakfast was included and fantastic! Great variety of foods and the staff was so friendly helpful. Has a cool roof top bar with okay views of the city Internet was fast and reliable Cons: The room is exactly like it’s pictures but is a bit smaller than it appears. This seems to be a bit of an older property so things like the AC and shower seem a bit outdated and didn’t work great Biggest issue was the cleanliness where all the towels we got had weird stains on them. And the bedding just felt scratchy and unpleasant to sleep on. The pillows were very sorry excuses. The property is about 2 km (12 min walk) to the closest metro which connects you to the city. As well as 12 min walk to stores like fast food. The hotel Itself is in a dead zone with nothing around it. There is a bus which never showed up for us. And the walk includes a very dark and deserted bike lane that seemed a bit scary at night.

The hotel and the room specifically looked really nice on the photos, however in real life they didn't hold out to a 4-star hotel at all. No protective cover under the sheet, the mattress was sinking, multiple stains of all sizes on the carpet floor and the ceiling. The only good was the shower and toilet, they were very clean. Breakfast was alright, had some vegan options like a variety of fresh vegetables and vegan milk was available too (had to ask for it at the bar). In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend this hotel and wouldn't stay there again myself.

I booked this stay due to the room having a bathub and a spa department. I was however quite disappointed entering a room with two single beds and a shower. Calling the reception to sort this out, the receptionist was not helpful. He plainly disregarded the situation and stated this was an issue between me and Hotels.com. The minibar was empty, not even a bottle of water and the bathrobes had to be collected in the reception. The aircondition was loud and blowing straight onto the bed. Had to be turned off during night. During the first evening I went to the reception to speak with the receptionist directly. Again the receptionist was dismissive and not looking to find a solution or be helpful. I had to hand him the solution; to be transferred to another room when available, as this was not what I had paid for. The next night I was transferred. However, the carpet in this new room was filthy with huge stains, the air condition situation was the same. As for the breakfast, it's ok if you're good with pre fabricated and processed food. The spa department was not much better. No lockers, and basically no place to secure your stuff or card while in the sauna or shower. The saunas in general were good. Situated about 15 min walk and 15 min train ride out of the city centre, this hotel is not worth the money. Ending my vacation here was a huge disappointment.

It was a great hotel with cool professional friendly reception. Nice and clean with car park that you can hardly find in other hotels. Also need to mention had a Very good tasty breakfast too

CLEAN

The only food and drink place open was the breakfast restaurant. After wow till next morning there was nothing open. And the nearest bar or restaurant was about a mille away

The hotel is a little bit soviet style. Breakfast was good. Would consider staying again if price was lower.

Long wait at check in. Only one receptionist on duty, and he was handling customer on long time each. No bar or restaurant was open, except for breakfast.

Excellent hotel. Nice rooms and friendly staff. 1 minus needs urgently to buy new pillows in rooms!

Reserved a room with 2 different bed but got a room with 1 bed no help from the Expedia nor from the hotel

Overall the hotel was nice and cozy, well located.
