The front desk staff is very pleasant to work with, making my wife feel very welcomed. The morning breakfast was very inviting and had many tasty options.

The hotel location is just perfect, close to the main station and right in the heart of historical town. Its easy to walk everywhere. My room was small and the shower was ridiculously small. I am not big but I struggled in the shower. Just double check this bit before you book. Otherwise, everything is fantastic

This hotel looks understated from the outside, but it is hyper modern and luxurious on the inside. The rooms and bathrooms are ridiculously small - they should probably post a weight and/or size restriction! In fact, if you are a larger person, you would be better served staying somewhere else. My partner and I loved it. The small room and bathroom had everything one could imagine: a 4 piece bathroom (incl. bidet); and a bedroom with a double bed, desk, chair, closet with a safe, etc. The hotel provided bottled drinking water every day. The breakfast was wonderful, with lots of continental style choices, coffee made to order, hot foods (scrambled eggs & meat), etc. The WiFi was good. The area around the hotel is great for travelers. A walk to the main station took less than 15 minutes. Walking to most major attractions is possible within 20-30 minutes. The area around the hotel boasts dozens of restaurants, pubs, and shops. A very good hotel in a very nice location, despite the small rooms and bathrooms.

LOVED this hotel, a few minutes from the Termini rail station AND the shuttle to the airport. You can walk to all the sights, tons of shops and restaurants for all budgets. GREAT breakfast, friendly staff ; check-out is not until Noon, which helps. We got ourselves a spacious room looking at the plaza, with all amenities. Double-pane windows keep out the noise. Great mattress and room was cleaned every day. We hope to be back soon!! It was just such a nice experience.

This was the perfect place to stay for me in Florence. The view from my room of the Piazza di Santa Maria Novella was breathtaking. All the main tourist attractions were in walking distance. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

We always enjoy staying here. This makes our 4th time in Florence and we've always stayed at this hotel. It's very convenient to the train station and the airport tram. A very short walk into the heart of the city. The property has a narrow facade but the interior is cavernous with numerous sitting areas. The breakfast is top notch. The decor has gotten a little over the top the last few years but that's okay.

While it was clean and the staff was really attentive, they put me in a 10x15 room over the kitchen of a restaurant facing the alley. It was super noisy. You had to slam the door to get it to close, as did everyone else, so all the slamming wakes you up at night. I felt cramped and uncomfortable. Anyone even slightly overweight would have a very difficult time moving around in the micro bathroom. This was not the room advertised. I feel like they put me in the dumpiest room in the place because it was an Expedia booking and thus a lower rate. I’d not stay here again.

Close to everything…excellent front desk

Although finding the entrance was a little challenging, the hotel is a wonderful boutique hotel, with wonderful structure, artwork and service. It is in of what I believe is the biggest square in Florence and close to most of the major sites.

A very unique hotel with lots of corridors. Good breakfast and room was kept very clean. The room was quite small and no wardrobe just hangers on a rail but it was adequate. Very close to train station and easy walk to Duomo.
