Huge leak above the main stairs with buckets everywhere. The room smelt of burnt rubber where the bed was pushed against the radiator. Generator making noise all day and night in car park. Little parking as car park was being replaced.

Issue in hotel with sewers, should have closed hotel or at least been warned so we could decide. Awful smell in corridors and room. Outside the window, smell was horrific and raw sewage visible on the path under window. Room clean and functional. Reception weren’t bothered and just pointed at pipes running through reception, which were obviously to do with the awful stench. Avoid or check if issue is resolved.

I am very disappointed with my recent stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Milton Keynes. Upon arrival, I found the room to be in an unacceptable state of cleanliness. I took photographs as evidence and raised my concerns with the hotel staff. Following this, the manager contacted me by telephone and advised that a refund for my stay would be processed. However, despite this assurance, I have not received any further communication or confirmation, nor has the refund been issued. This lack of follow-up has been extremely disappointing. I am due to return to Milton Keynes later this month and, although the hotel’s location would have been convenient, I will not be staying at this property again due to this experience.

First given a room that hadn't been cleaned, bed used and bags of previous guests rubbish laying around, next room was in an awful state, net curtains torn and dirty, shower head was minging and the room in general was not clean, carpet old and damaged and some dubious stains on the bed base, they also now charge for parking when half the car park is sealed off so finding a space was difficult, will never stay in this dump again.

Shower didn't drain flooded the bathroom flush on toilet didn't work just kept going and going after using it. Heater made the worse noise continuously had to turn off which then left us with a freezing cold room. Both guests woke with banging headaches

I stayed for a week over the new year period and so this may colour my rating. Firstly, don’t trust the satnav if travelling on the M1 as this tries to take you off at the services. Whilst there is a security barrier, you’ll need a code. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. Be prepared to pay an overnight parking charge - £5 per night during my stay, which is annoying and a little excessive. The room was functional, albeit tired, but by and large clean. The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable. After I had been there 5 days, I did put the sign out for my room to be made up, but this never occurred. As I was visiting family I can’t comment on the food provided. Overall, not a bad experience, but wouldn’t be my first choice if needing a room in the area again.

The room was very cold and the 4th bed was right up next to the heater so it was not safe to sleep next to it on. The cleanliness of the room was poor- dust and hairs. The bathroom had a smell and the kettle was grimy. I would not stay again and would not recommend.

me n my girlfriend couldnt sleep because shes got a phobia of bugs and we found silverfish in our bed. the staff denied compensation. however the team at Hotels.com gave us £25 OneKey cash which was more than enough help. dont come to this hotel.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Upon arrival late at night we were greeted by a room that was freezing cold with huge cobwebs in the corner of the room and the shower tray was also the most disgusting I’ve ever seen. Regularly stay in budget hotels so I don’t have unrealistic expectations but heat and cleaning should be an absolute minimum.
