I understand the language issues, but when we checked in I was trying to say that we were very thirsty and was there a place to get drinks. I finally understood that there were water bottles and a water spigot nearby. But there was also a refrigerator close that I discovered later which is what I really was asking about. The room was very clean in general, but the couch had several visible stains. I mean, like very visible stains...... For the price paid, I would have expected a clean couch.

Breakfast and rooms were great except the people who cleaned didn’t empty the garbages and left blood on the sheets. Pool and hot tub weren’t warm enough to use.

Very nice stay. Friendly staff. Clean room. Great pillows and nice firm bed. Great location to explore Normandy battlefields.

They had a great room and restaurant for my grandpa to dine in on his solo trip.

Always very friendly and welcoming staff , they always show they are giving more than just another customer , happy to return . Will be back next year . Happy new year to all .. ☘️

Hallways did not smell good. Musty smell and could have been old cigarettes smell. Our shower didn’t drain we had to remove the drain out. A lot of water came out of the shower. Do to lack of proper glass panel. Staff was very nice and polite. The views from golf course and sunrise was beautiful.

Absolutely amazing hotel with friendly staff. Very clean, coffee in the rooms. Love it.

Firstly this hotel is in a lovely setting with the golf course, and view down to the sea. It's quiet and peaceful, with a good restaurant, spa and pool area. Ample parking right outside. There are a few parts of the hotel which could do with a freshen up (woodwork, carpets, paving, fencing) but overall its a good place to stay.

No iron in room,or towels for pool

The resort was very nice. I little far from things though. The biggest issuebthat i have was that ther was no elevator. There are also bottles for you to refill during your stay, bubi only saw 1 refill station while there.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Step into tub was very high with no grab bars. Floor of tub very slippery and unstable(floor deflected a great deal). We stayed in the Colombier wing with no elevator. Manageable but getting more difficult for our age group. Great location for visiting Normandy sites. Breakfast buffet was excellent, dinner night before was less so.

The property is set on a golf course and not located at Omaha Beach. Just a little further away from where we thought it would be. The hotel was lovely, very clean and the breakfast options were excellent.
