The accommodation was very comfortable, but when the room was cleaned, no towels were left; even though we went to ask for them three times, we were left without them for over four hours. My husband, who was in the bathroom, had to dry himself off with his shirt so he could go out to dinner.

The room smells horrible, I had to leave my door open, turn the ac one, and the housekeeping had to spray. To smell a little better. Everyday I said I had to do that. Smell like a dead animal. The location was perfect for me, but they need to do something about the smell.

Nice, place staff was nice very helpful. Is in a good location, we were there during the world cup. Alot of streets were closed, otherwise would have been easier to walk around.

This hotel has seen better days. Upon arrival, even though I was not asked for a CC, I got charged some random fee. Trying to order a simple coffee to go at the cafe in the mornings was an epic undertaking. And a maid, who was in our room when we returned, seemed terrible offended that I didn't understand her. The prostitution and homeless out front did not help matters either. You'll enjoy your stay much more in a different hotel in a different neighborhood.

Overall, I had a great experience. The restaurant was awesome, the food was delicious, and the customer service was exceptional. I also found the room to be very nice, clean, and well-maintained, and the location was excellent. The only reason I am giving a four-star rating rather than five is that my room lacked a refrigerator and reliable Wi-Fi.

My hotel room was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. Wonderful staff, great breakfast, and nice air conditioner. I highly recommend the hotel 👍. It's very close to wonderful museums, shops, and restaurants.

Clean room and surrounding areas. The food was good and the staff were very nice and friendly.

Out of the 6 days we stay, only one day the elevator worked the whole day. The water in the bathroom sink did not closed easy, my wife kept asking for me to close it. But we had a fantastic time, the staff was awesome.
