very old hotel, no airconditioning. no restaurant available, no bar open at night. bad coffee for breakfast.

Property is old and and room's lacking basic amenities such as AC additionally, the Wednesday night we were there there was a disco party with loud music until the early morning hours that prevented us from sleeping at all. I would not recommend it.

Initial impression was good but cracks soon appeared. Room was comfortable but insufficient pillows and no air dryer. Reception supplied an air dryer but explained it was the only one. The evening meal was good and I really enjoyed the food and wine. The Buffet Breakfast was a big disappointment, a large party had eaten before me and the tables had not been cleaned and the buffet had not been re-stocked. There was only one waitress to start with and she obviously could not cope, help did arrive before I finished and left the restaurant. The Reception staff could not understand English and when asked to arrange a Taxi, gave me a card with a list of about 10 telephone numbers and told me to call. Having tried all 10 numbers with not one answering, I explained my problem to the receptionist and she shrugged her shoulders and did not try to help. The Hotel seemed to be very short staffed but no attempt to help me.

The hotel said that no payment was done, even though the room was paid through Expedia with PayPal.

This a good hotel. What I didnt like was the dinner menu. The offer was not of my taste and there were no much options. It is well located and the room was spacious. There is plenty of spaces at the hotel, like the breakfast/dinner hall and the outsides were great. I was expecting more from them. I had a problem with the shower and they sent a technician to fix it but it was a man and I was somehow embarrased for this situation.

Schone simpele kamer zonder airco, maar ventilator met opengaande ramen. Uitstekend bed, douch goed, afvoer ruikt smorgens wel. Kamers zijn gehorig. Ontbijt is basic, zoals meeste hotels hotels in Frankrijk. Hotel ligt op een mooie lokatie met zwembad… een beetje vergane glorie

L'hôtel a besoin de quelques rénovations, mais il reste un hôtel spectaculaire

Hotel est dans son jus , simple vitrage par exemple On entend parfaitement le voisin de chambre . Par contre c est propre , le personnel est au top et finalement on passe une excellente soirée

Petit-déjeuner correct qui propose de tout Hôtel bon rapport qualité/prix, calme ! Proche des lieux de réception (moins de 15min) Tout Petit bémol : sdb trop petite avec remontées d’odeurs désagréables !

Eclairage insuffisant : la chambre n'a qu'une lampe de bureau fixée. Très difficile de travailler dans cette condition.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Je mets 5 étoiles, car malgré les quelques points ci-dessous et le tarif, l’ensemble reste à la hauteur de l’expérience proposée. L’hôtel offre un bon rapport qualité-prix, même s’il est resté « dans son jus » — on sent qu’il a une histoire à raconter 😉. La conception d’origine mériterait sans doute un petit coup de jeune. On note d’ailleurs un entretien et un niveau de rénovation inégaux selon les chambres : au vu des photos publiées dans les commentaires, certaines sont très joliment rénovées, tandis que d’autres gagneraient clairement à bénéficier du même soin. Dans la salle d’eau, le plafond écaillé (probablement dû à l’absence de VMC) et quelques éclats de peinture dans la chambre sont à noter, la chambre également, le plafond commence à s’écailler, ce qui confirme qu’un rafraîchissement serait bienvenu. Mention spéciale pour la douche à sensations fortes : passage express de l’eau brûlante au mode polaire, sans toucher au mitigeur — idéal pour les amateurs de contrastes 😄. Petit vis-à-vis avec certaines chambres et une acoustique perfectible.. Pour un établissement classé 3 étoiles, c’est un peu dommage. Cela dit, l’hôtel est situé dans un environnement calme et agréable, au cœur d’un joli site arboré. La vue est vraiment dépaysante et invite à la déconnexion.
