Lovely clean hotel, staff friendly, lovely roof top pool area with bar, that does snacks, ask at reception for towel to use at pool. Great location main bus depo 8mins walk. Bus from Arrecife airport 10mins to depo. and €1.40. Stayed half board, very happy with choice for food, food was good. LargeTV with access to netflix. Gym on roof top as well, didnt use. Open mall 25mins walk away.

Very nice hotel but not all amenities mentioned in the advertisement were available in November, no sun beds on the beach and the lounge bar was never open in the evening. Nice staff who always tried to be helpful..

Lovely breakfast and kind lady got decaffeinated coffee for me each morning. All staff friendly and hrlpful. Room was pleasant but last time i was allocated a balcony which I enjoyed. Would recommend for location as well as comfort.

We always choose a room overlooking the beach. Love this hotel, the staff are always wonderful. Only negative is very little storage place , ok if you are only there a few nights. Everything else is great.

Excellent stay

Overall good couple of nights stay. Would have liked a kettle in the bedroom. Pool bar and food very good. Staff friendly and very helpful. Great location across from the beach and only 7-8 mins in taxi to Arrecife airport.

Immaculate public areas and reception. Staff were excellent, our ocean view room was even better than the photos suggested. The breakfast buffet was very comprehensive and varied. Having a beach literally on your doorstep was a lovely bonus. Already preparing a return visit!

A modern hotel situated right on beachfront very clean with good sized bedrooms. Only downside for us was the lack of bar facilities. Although the very attractive rooftop pool and bar was well advertised it was not open and the 'piano bar' was only open during dinner. Plenty of bars in the vicinity however. Reasonable breakfast with good choice but buffet dinner a little disappointing.

Just had an excellent 4 days in this spotlessly clean, friendly hotel. All the staff went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful, giving local information and providing a really personal service. Breakfast was high quality, delicious and unusually, different every day. Restaurant staff were welcoming, very efficient and aimed to keep all the food topped up and tables cleared. Our room was bright, with a huge bed, plenty of space in the shower and a large area around the sink. Our good sized balcony looked out over the sandy bay and was great for relaxing and people watching. There were many cafes, small supermarkets and restaurants close by with a pleasant walk to the main lagoon area with more attractions. The bus station was a 10 minute walk with links to all areas of the island. Our room was very quiet especially when the balcony doors were closed. Air conditioning was available but we did not need it. There was a free safe. We felt our whole stay was extremely good value for money. Thank you to everyone involved in making our stay special. Only downside was the pool was cold!

An okay stay, didn’t quite live up to expectations. For example, on Expedia it states swim up bar- that is not the case. There is a roof top bar, but that closes at 6pm all though some days 5.30, and you cannot get a drink at the hotel. No bar at all. We stayed I assume ‘out of season’ end of March, and there does appear to be a bar, but not in use. Hotel very basic. No info provided by staff or literature of what’s nearby. Rooms are comfy. Shower needed a good clean! Mould around some areas etc. Nice air conditioning and a lovely look over the sea- which is the room we booked and paid for. Food was fine. We paid for all meals and even though food was average there wasn’t a huge choice nearby out of season. Pool absolutely freezing- not sure if this is ever used as read reviews of people staying in August and same thing. Hotel host events, one of which was up by pool bar, felt uncomfortable walking around in a bikini with people attending what looked like a funeral! Like all things depends what you pay for a stay here. I personally did not think it was great value and for not a lot more money we could have stayed at the grand which is basically opposite and looks in a lot better condition. Parts of the hotel like roof area look tired. Windows broken, umbrellas ripped etc. No trouble getting a lounger by pool even though hotel appeared to be busy. Beach right opposite which was a lovely small beach. No sunbirds on beach. We were only here for a long weekend which was fine.

Good location, near a bus stop that was handy to get around the city and be used as a pick up point for day trips. Good breakfast selection, and offered a picnic breakfast as long as it was requested the day before which came in very handy when we had to leave earlier for trips. Dinner selection was not vegetarian and vegan friendly, but the staff were fab at remedying this and specially making meals that the vegetarian member in our group could have.
