hotel had everything we needed

Our studio king room was all we needed clean & comfortable. Had a fireplace but not needed. Kitchenette was very handy. I am not a fan of carpet so that was a down for me. The continental breakfast was just ok. Eggs cold, no protein. All else was as expected for a continental style. I will say the coffee was actually good. Very convenient location too. Staff wonderful. If in town again, we would go back.

I was so disappointed in this property. We stayed there two years ago and it was clean, bright and the gardens were beautiful. The light in the bathroom was burned out, paint chipping in the room and the hallway, the second floor balcony was all chipping tile and chandelier dusty with cob webs. The flower gardens were mostly weeds. So disappointing.

Staff was great providing assistance. Room was fine. Breakfast was a bit lacking in hot options

Although the hotel is well-maintained, it shows its age in some areas. Nonetheless, the room was excellent - clean, quiet, and well-turned out. A short drive/walk to restaurants, shops, etc. The staff were efficient and most helpful. Breakfast was basic, but it hit the spot. All-in-all, and excellent stay.

When we arrived we were upgraded to a suite, which was great. When we entered and found the room wasn’t cleaned yet. To the surprise of the front desk. We were given another room, and the hvac system was loud and clanky unfortunately there was nothing more they could do, as there was no other rooms available. 50% of the rooms are under renovations now. The hotel in general is run down and in bad need of upgrades. The grounds outside are all overgrown and in rough shape I wouldn’t recommend this place at all

Breakfast, room, parking and staff were all great and represented good value. My only criticism is that the exterior landscaping and structural maintenance was in need of attention.

Like everything about this place az we alway stay here when we go to concert at casino Rama. . Always grab a corner room. Kitchen there Az more space. Bit higher price but like the fact bedroom and living room separate. Breakfast decent. Staff really help ful freindly.

Under construction so sliding doors open to cold weather Units on either side of ours noisy Linens and towels fairly worn. Good news manager was very nice polite and friendly .

Convenient location, and allows pets, which was a must for us. Clean and quiet with friendly and helpful staff. The door to our room could really use some oil though. We left at 6:30am and were afraid the loud squeaking of our door opening and closing would wake up everyone else around us.

The free breakfast was great, the indoor pool was very nice and we enjoyed the location and the staff.
