This hotel location is the best In Shanghai! The decor and the rooms are amazing, breakfast very good. The hotel was superb!

Overral impression is okay. Service is a main point of concern. During the lunch time in the lobby area after having main courses and salads we were not allowed to share a single pot of tea for three of us. We have been forced to buy 3 pots of tea instead: one for each of us. In the meanwhile during all 5 breakfasts we had there, every time we asked for tea there was only one pot served as a default setting. No doubt we had more on request, but after a request only.

Fabulous stay at the Peninsula. Great location. Stunning view across the river. Exceptional service. Wonderful pool. Luxurious rooms with lots of space and incredibly comfortable beds. What more can I say.

We had such an amazing stay at the Peninsula Shanghai. We were treated so well by all the staff. The room is spacious and grand, we joked that our son can just sleep in the giant closet. The pool is spectacular. We highly recommend the Peninsula Shanghai

Opulent property in a great location. Room has some dated items (fax machine, printer) but overall lovely. Staff was exceptional. Concierge Danny was a gem helping us to secure tickets to Disney and was so patient working through challenges. Spa staff and spa experience was top tier. Great experience!
