Short stay, and I left phone in room after checking out and the lovely young lady at the front desk took me right back up once I discovered it missing at my car. Quiet, clean, hospitable staff!!

Very clean and wonderful staff. However this is the 3rd time staying. Every room I've had the mattress sucks. Very old and outdated mattress. Not the typical Hampton expectations

I am disappointed that Travelocity did not explain the pet fee in my search of pet friendly hotels. So I was blindsided by an additional $75 dollar fee. The hotel is in a difficult area to reach and had two eighteen wheelers parked outside the neighboring Holiday Inn that I had to stove between in order to reach the Hampton Inn. There is little space to walk the dog.

The stay was kind of meh. Pros: The room condition and cleanliness was decent. The breakfast was not bad either, though the protein on offer was just microwave bacon and eggs, but it was ok. The staff there was friendly. Cons: The beds were noisy, and not comfortable at all. Pillows were flat. Hidden charges from this hotel that were not mentioned when booked. $145 turned into almost $200 after tacked on charges. The only reason I booked here was, in the listing, it was the cheapest near the interstate. This was just an overnight stay, and didn't want to stay at a cheaper hotel a half an hour away from the interstate. If you can, go somewhere else. This place is definitely not worth the price.
