It was good

A very nice up to date Hotel in Edmonton. We had a nice clean room and there is lots of parking because of the pub next door. A good location in South Edmonton with good access to Sherwood Park Freeway and Whyte Ave. I recommend and would stay again.

Very well kept and clean room. Very nice room layout with separate bedroom door. Bedroom door was glass though so you can still see everything. Bathroom was quite small but likely to make the room more spacious. Quiet - no noise from above. Great cleaning staff and front desk staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant stay, no problems. It is not a modern building but kept in good shape. Proper, clean, surprisingly nice little gym and pool. Good southside location.

Definitely a great hotel to stay at. There was some confusion on our check-in about the breakfast being included in our stay, but we were able to iron that out. Otherwise, all the staff was so friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a room that had been newly renovated, was very nice but the only item that seemed missed was the light fixtures in the bathroom.

I was familiar with this hotel before it became associated with Sheraton. The transformation from what it was to what it is today is remarkable. Staff was great and it is very clean. The food in the onsite pub and restaurant was very good. If you are not familiar with the area it isn't as convenient to ammenities as some might prefer but the location does make it easy to get around with vehicle or mobile navigation. Definitely would stay again and would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Very impressed with how clean this hotel is! The carpet looked new on our floor and in our room. And when we got there maintenance was shampooing the carpet in the hall on our floor. Maintaining goid standards. Also, very friendly staff at each encounter.

Staff were very friendly and courteous. Place was very clean, simple but acceptable amenities. Bed was very comfortable. Good location. Staying here again in a week or so :)
