Staff were really friendly, even able to fix the double booking issue which at first was unable to be solved by the app operator. Kudos!

everything is ok. except the bathroom. the floor trap is slow to drain the water.

Very conveniently located in Miri city centre. Nearby various restaurants and banks. Transportation to the airport is easy and near. Highly recommended to stay.

The aircon was not working. The unit is old and scheduled for renovation. They should have closed the floor but instead put it on service. Replacement room was inadequate.

My boy really enjoyed staying in Mega Hotel. Not only for the spacious room and cozy bed but also for the facilities. He love swimming in the pool. One of the cleaniess I might say. My favourite place will be the restaurant during our breakfast..They have tons of variety that you can choose from. Recommended staying in this hotel with Traveloka as they offered the best rate ever!

Inside Miri city centre, there is 24h convenience store next to the hotel. The hotel is an old hotel, so you might not find electric socket near/next to your bed. Breakfast was okay, starts early at 6.00 am.

The hotel is located in the middle of the city center, making it easy to access anywhere. The parking area is also easy. But the toilet is very uncomfortable, no bidet, not Muslim-friendly, difficult to perform ablution, the toilet pump is broken. The room is noisy with music, I don't know where it comes from, can't turn it off or it's broken to turn it off. Can't sleep at night. Overall, it's not comfortable.
