The place is quite comfortable, not far from the train, near Family Mart

The bathroom was spacious and nice. Breakfast wasn't included, but I'd like to try it again.

We had quite a pleasant stay here for 5 nights. Located in a quiet area, the hotel has 2 buildings, main and annex. Reception is located in the main building, meanwhile the annex is just around 3 or 4 buildings apart. There is a small japanese restaurant next to annex. There are several konbinis nearby. Nearest subway station is Kayabacho and there is an elevator on exit 4a (around 2-3 minutes walk from hotel). Easy checked-in and checked-out process. Staff were also nice and friendly, some can communicated very well in English. They even let us checked-in early (when we arrived around 2pm) which we really appreciated. We stayed in annex and the room was exactly like in the pictures and small (like most hotel rooms in Tokyo). Mattress was quite nice but sadly the pillow was very flat. Amenities and pyjamas are available to take at both buildings. Room was cleaned every 3 days but new towels were provided every day. Tokyo Station is also located not too far away, you can just either take a subway or a taxi (if you have a lot of luggage). For those who use limousine bus to/from airport, T-CAT is also conveniently located, either by a taxi or by walking.

Good location, friendly staff, comfy room. Please add more washing machine though, 2 is not enough.

accommodations looks exactly as shown. location wise if you plan to visit all the main travel spots in Tokyo. convenience store within walking distance and got few restaurants nearby.

It was comfortable stay at Villa Fontaine. The hotel near metro station, bus stop, convenience mart, Tokyo Station and importantly Tokyo Air Terminal. So it was easy for us to find the hotel and access everywhere. Thank you

I feel teh room size is kinda small when I see it, but it is actually very clean and comfortable It also near the supermarket and few minutes from metro station

Traveling with baby, The facilities at this hotel are very attractive and provide convenience. The mattress is very comfortable, the toilet is very clean, the room is quite spacious and if tired it's very comfortable to soak. Close to the station, tcat, and family mart.

The hotel is clean and the space is spacious. But hotel location is far from station and in the side of main road. So at the morning is a bit noisy.

Location is not so good. Room is a bit small. Their staff was not so friendly.
