Check in was great, but after that all contact with service staff was mid. Weird redirection to move tables during breakfast for no reason. Silence when entering and leaving the hotel from front desk staff and absolute silence when checking out. Really bad/weird vibes. Our room was in general clean, but some detail cleaning would have made a huge difference. As offseason, the pool was partially drained. Maybe that’s normal, but the area around the pool needed a deep cleaning and the patio area had no seating so no outside spaces to sit and read/enjoy. Definitely not a welcoming/hang out and relax kinda environment. Maybe just an offseason thing, but wasn’t the best.

Beautiful hotel and good restaurant. Problem with their toilet flushing system, which spoilt things a bit. Nice town, but impossible to get dinner before 20.00, so ate at hotel, which was very good.

Very pleasant hotel. Staff so friendly. The spa is amazing, i recommend. The location is a bit off so need a car. In overall i recommend. The price is also very attractive

It was an extremely good value for the price we paid. It would not be convenient to anyone traveling by public transport, but we had a car and parking on the property was ample. We also did not have any problems parking in Polignano a Mare and Alberobello, the places we visited on this trip. Polignano is just about 15 minutes away. The hotel had the feel of a 5-star and the staff service was impeccable. The pool was large and nice, even though we didn't use it.

A lovely modern hotel and room with good facilities. Great bed, private balcony with table and chairs. Pool was lovely. 10 minutes walk to the historic centre.

The hotel is on beautiful grounds very close to the town of Fiesole which overlooks Florence. The rooms are clean and spacious.

We had a fine two days in this clean and seemingly recently refurbished hotel a few hundred metres from the most amazing town that was full of charm and character In over 40 years of European travel this was the first hotel that insisted on swimming caps being worn before being allowed in the pool . Mist say that was a little odd but the pool and its surroundings were delightful . Poolside drinks and snacks were very reasonably prices and the staff were so very helpful There were only a couple of fellow British travelers in the hotel , which I found to be great . I liked the fact it was nearly all Italian tourists as they set high standards and are a sign that the hotel has quality The breakfast choice was great ....lots of fresh fruit as well as a freshly prepared fruit salad , tho the scrambled eggs were a bit dry and lumpy , maybe they should make smaller batches freshly more often , but just a minor niggle All in all a very pleasant stay indeed ....we'd go back for sure

Struttura pulitissima e molto bella...personale cordiale e gentilissimo sempre con il sorriso...la piscina anche molto bella e curata...lo consiglio voto 10 e lode

Un hotel moderno con unas instalaciones cuidadas y personal agradable. El desayuno deja un poco que desear, con poca variedad y muy repetitivo todos los días. Las máquinas de café se estropeaban todos los días. La reposición tanto de platos, tazas, cubiertos, como de alimentos había que advertirlo a los camareros, ya que ellos no estaban pendientes. Por otra parte, en la piscina es obligatorio el uso de gorro. Si no le llevas, te le venden en el bar de la piscina por 3 € cada uno. La parte buena es que tienen toallas sin coste. Los socorristas muy amables te acomodan en la zona de tumbonas que quieras y te abren la sombrilla. En general el hotel está muy bien si quieres estar en un sitio tranquilo.
