We have spend here one night on our tour to Italy with husband and kids. I really appreciate family rooms with two rooms! Rooms are as on pictures, clean and in good condition. Wellness part is amazing, enough big swimming pool and quit and nice spa. After sauna you can relax outside :) Reastaurant is nice, with good menu also for dinner from the list and open breakfast bufet offers wide selection (jogurts, pancakes, müsli, fresh omelets…). Sometimes they could be warmer at the reception. The hotel was perfect. I was even more disappointed that we were not given back the personal belongings we had forgotten in the room. This should not happen in a 4 star hotel. And honestly it made me angry. 😣😓

Stayed there four nights for a hiking trip. Big room, with balcony, and great shower. The bed was comfortable with two pillows, one soft, the other hard. The room included a comfortable seat with an ottoman for the feet. It was also very quiet. The breakfast buffet was great, with lots of different items meeting most preferences. The staff is friendly and helpful, and truly make you feel welcome. I did not try the fitness room, but the pool and sauna were good. Disliked: They did not provide an electric kettle in the room for making tea or coffee. This would have been really nice after a day hiking or walking around the area, and I really missed it. The steam bath in the sauna area seemed to have problems because it did not produce much steam. I reported it on the first day, but not much improvement after. Overall a nice hotel and a pleasant stay at a reasonable price. I would stay there again.

Last night on our 21 day roadtrip. We ended up here as a last resort (original hotel cancelled us) and we were quite happy! Room was nice and clean with a great balcony. Only negative is that we thought the design was a bit boring, hence minus one star. The spa was excellent, with two different saunas. Service was impeccable, both hotel and restaurant. The food was very good! Overall, recommended!

Stayed here for three nights and mixed feelings. The reception was friendly and nice. Room was clean and even though a bit dated, was still good standard. Pool and sauna area were nice but overly crowded at weekend. And there were no staff around. Clean towels and drinking water constantly run out. Parking lot extremely narrow. The problem was with the service during breakfast. There were no staff would give us a table and just ignored us, while other customers who arrived later than us would immediately greeted and given a table. The chef who was cooking omelette, acted friendly and chatty with other customers, the moment I asked him nicely he immediately switched to a cold face and didn't want to communicate , this was very uncomfortable. The price wasn't particularly competitive. Overall not worth it.

I only stayed one night but I liked the hotel. It's clean , the room is comfortable and I had a mountain view. The personal is very nice. As it was my husbands birthday, we got a glass of sparkling wine as a compliment. The excellent breakfast was included . There's sauna and swimming pool.
