Probably one of my favorite UK stays. I booked the morning of as a bit of a spur of the moment decision. The price was absolutely fantastic, the room that I got could not be beat. The staff are all incredibly kind and helpful. Jess the supervisor was an absolute gem. The food is great, if I’m ever in the area again I will absolutely be staying here. Can’t recommend it enough!

I defy anyone to find a nicer or friendlier place to stay; it bucks the trend of corporate anonymity by offering excellent food and wine, attentive staff, great service all with a homely feel and at great value. Oh1 and a few excellent real ales!!

The property has recently been purchased by a new owner who has started to modernise the building. The hotel room that we stayed in was very large with a very comfortable bed and plenty of furniture to store items for a longer stay. There were the usual refreshment facilities that were stocked up everyday and the room was nice and clean with an excellent bathroom. The staff were very welcoming, professional and always happy to serve. The restaurant food was very good quality and the portions were generous. The bar has a good selection beers, wines and spirits. We had a really enjoyable stay and would definately book at the Colwall Park Hotel again.

The hotel was lovely and met all our needs. The food was great and the beds super comfy . The only problem to me was the overbearing air freshener which they seem to pump out throughout the hotel . It was far too strong for me ( migraine sufferer). Fortunately it did not smell in my room .

Lovely hotel near the Malverns and close to a railway station from where regular direct trains run to Hereford, Ledbury, Malvern and Worcester- handy for day trips. Offered help with luggage on arrival. Room spacious, but some units could do with refresh. Breakfast could be better, with fruit only offered as an alternative to cooked, rather than as well as. Decent cooked to order options though. For dinner, good selection of meats from local farm. The pastry on my pie was overly hard albeit contents very good, and veg could have been cooked better. Pleasant modern bar next to the restaurant. Overall, a pleasant stay and the Malvern Hills are great for a walk with wonderful views in all directions.

Lovely hotel. Nice large room with views to the Malverns. Quiet. Food was absolutely excellent, both breakfast and dinner. Very smart, attentive staff. Would highly recommend this place.

Room number one, advertised as “superior with garden views “. No garden views, just the road to the railway station, wc flush not working, had to borrow a bucket from staff to flush toilet, spacious room but very “tired”. Wouldn’t stay here again

Visited during major refurbishment so few other guests, look forward to returning when remodel is complete.

A nice, clean hotel. Very quiet and peaceful. Friendly and approachable staff. Meals were very generous, filling and delicious! Breakfast was a mix of continental and cooked so it set us up for the day. Would love to come back.

Food was lovely. Room was really nice however the heating was on all the time and could not sleep well due to this.

A proper country retreat. Warm and welcoming - I honestly felt like a bit of a VIP during my stay. The team sorted a room change for me without any fuss and even arranged a late checkout, which made everything so much easier. The place was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The food and drink were top-notch, especially the produce from the owners’ farm. The staff were first rate throughout: friendly, helpful, and genuinely thoughtful. It made the whole experience feel personal rather than just another work trip. In fact, I enjoyed my stay so much that I’m already planning to come back for a weekend break with my wife, not just for work.

Clean, tidy fresh. They are redecorating and upgrading the hotel but it didn’t interfere with the enjoyment. Friendly staff and a well cooked breakfast. Very comfortable nights sleep

OK although vital things such as hairdrier and tv remote control were missing.

Perfect base for an overnight stay, lots of lovely walks. The breakfast was cooked to order with lots of choice. Very good.
