Weather was gorgeous in coalville hotel was near the venue we were going too.staff were very helpful and really polite. Bedrooms were really clean. Car park great. Already booked for next year.

Some of our rooms were a little tired and one had had a visible leak.

Disappointing breakfast; lukewarm coffee, very slow toaster

Staff extremely welcoming and friendly lots of parking could have better options for breakfast eg different prices like for example beans on toast or eggs on toast not all the same standard breakfast prices

Yes and Yes. 1 point. As an older person, my head is dropping to bits. I have a single tooth denture. Such thing is quite small. I tend to brush it under a running tap. Had I done this, there would have been a severe danger of it disappearing down the plughole and lost for ever (Cost £250). Because the plug mechanism is missing which leaves the drain hole completely open! (Room 5).

A lovely town centre-based hotel. It's a bit frayed at the edges, but the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, and the price is reasonable.

Clearly pumping money into refurbing, as there was a lot of waste outside and smell of paint inside. Has to be done sometime. Pleasant staff and good room especially the shower. All for £46 for a twin. As a contractor working all round the country, if they were all this standard for this price Id be happy.
