Très bel hôtel. Tout près de la vieille ville et dans une rue tranquille. Chambre confortable et grande. Petit-déjeuner excellent.

Unfortunately someone entered our room while we were getting changed as they were given a key card thinking it was there room. This was a huge staff error and as soon it happened I went downstairs to talk to the staff who really didn’t understand the seriousness of the situation. We were two travelling females, getting changed & one of us pregnant. The staff said “don’t worry Girona is one of safest cities”. This wasn’t about Girona being safe but a staff mistake that wasn’t being taken serious. What if we weren’t in the room it had our money & our passports in. Although after submitting a hotel internal feedback email they offered us a free drink & then later free breakfast, this didn’t fill us with confidence the hotel had taken this seriously & as vegans we didn’t want those things. The hotel is very nice, clean & tidy but the lack of safety for guests did make us feel uncomfortable & not sleeping that great!

We had a fabulous stay, sadly for only 1 night. The hotel is beautiful, modern and the staff were lovely. Our room was huge and the bed was the best we’ve had as we traveled for two weeks. We didn’t want to leave and will stay here again.

Amazing stay, right in the centre. Pool was beautiful, with lots of cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. Loved it!

Great location close to center quiet

We only stayed a night at the hotel but it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel was lovely and location was very convenient.

The staff was very helpful and we felt very safe.

Nice big room with good views over the pool and gardens. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Nice big windows but would have liked to have had blackout curtains to block the early morning sun. Nice location close to Plaça de la Independència with it's bars and restaurants.

Great location very close to the old town. Lovely large room. Very comfortable.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. We were so pleased to have chosen this place to stay for our week of bicycling in Girona. The staff was very accommodating, the room was large and very clean, and we even had a secure room to store our bikes. The location is perfect for getting around after cycling to eat and shop. We’ll be back.
