Double Room - 9/10. Great size. Lovely and clean. Very nice decor. Presumably ‘upgraded’ to a triple room… Bathroom - 8/10. Nice, clean bathroom. Good shower. Good towels. Steps down into bathroom means this wouldn’t be easy for some… Bed - 10/10. Decent bed and pillows. WiFi - N/a. Didn’t use. Staff - 8/10. No real interaction other than through garbled intercom and follow-up phone call. Hotel - 8/10. Great location for a night before a Gatwick flight. Decor was decent quality throughout. Only let down was the waiting on the doorstep for 10-15 mins as we couldn’t get in - despite arriving bang on our already advised eta. Advised that this was due to “phone signal issue”. Despite this, would consider staying again if needing an early flight from LGW…

Perfect as always

The owner collected us from the airport bus station, £15 for the 3 of us. Our room was adequate with 3 beds however the shower room was very good. Looked like it was recently refurbished. One issue was the shower head was loose. The room temperature was decent and the beds clean and comfortable though new pillows are needed as they are pretty thin. Also the scatter cushion covers need a wash. The location is great for Gatwick Airport and a reasonable price.

After arrival the room was pretty cold. When we got up at 3 am the heating was off and it was freezing cold. Not pleasant when it’s December. The room also needs a bit of cleaning. Convenient location as it’s close by the train station, one stop from Gatwick airport.

Immaculate bed-and-breakfast! Quiet but within walking distance of a village with pubs and restaurants. Owner/proprietor was extremely polite and helpful. This establishment even offered transport to London Gatwick for less than the price of an average taxi! 5 Stars all the way around!

No stairs; easy access; very large room; wonderful dining and pub experiences within two minutes walking. We had no car. Flew in to Gatwick to continue on to Southampton for a cruise. Will DEFINITELY stay here again!
