The property is ok for the price. The room is really spacious and clean. The hallways are dark and the reception felt cramped. The breakfast didn’t have much choices.

Unfortunately, the property is very dated. Not kept up or cleaned to a mediocre standard. And the cherry on top was in the morning. There was no hot water to the entire building. Four of us could not shower before leaving the property.

The beds were very comfortable. The staff was wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. A/C was too loud to keep on, so the room was rather stuffy. Not a fan of carpet in the rooms, especially when they are supposed to be pet friendly.

You are located in the heart of the city right next to the world-renowned Zillionares caberet and cafe. Couldn't have asked for a nicer staff at the hotel!

The staff were great. The room was adequate. The breakfast was good but could be much better with the selection. It would be great to have things like eggs on a warmer/hot plate. Sausages would also be a welcome addition to the menu.
