Loved this hotel. Loved the fact that the front desk staff member on the day spoke English and recognized my name as being Greek. Very close to the beaches of Salvador, a lot of the staff are very proud to work there (apparently no one was let go during covid and this was one of the few hotels to do this). I invested in an ocean view room, and it was worth it! The in hotel WiFi was some of the best in Brazil. Breakfast was a treat and the warm heated pool was great too. The hotel was a little dated, but this was expected given we had walked past it last year and saw it was a little older but still very functional. Only feedback is a lot of the floor staff are a little older and prone to grumpiness towards each other at times.
