Slow check-out service, made even slower by the return of the bond. Should have just verified the bank card by authorizing $1 on the card to ascertain that the card is valid, instead of leaving cash as bond, or charging the card with $100, which was not returned for over 1 week. The whole check-out was made worse by the reception having to walk over from Majestic Apt to Minima to check the room condition upon my check-out. It made me miss 2 buses going to work to the city.

Compact room, it has everything a traveler may need, but can be improved with a microwave—at least in a common area. Free laundry is a big plus!

Good location, most of the time my wonderful choice of accommodation when visiting Adelaide.
