Fantastic hotel Spa looked nice though didn't use it Spa treatments were crazy expensive Breakfast was ok, but probably great if you don't have dietary restrictions Loved the water dispenser for cold and hot water located everywhere - really amazing. View was phenomenal!!! Loved the tea and coffee selection and the complementary bottled water in the room Bathtub not available - would have been really great given the temperature Food at the restaurant bar was unbelievable. Highly highly recommend dining there! Isidora at guest services was fantastic so she got a facial treatment gift from us as a thank you. Hated the asking for tip for everything including when we bought a thermos at the shop inside the hotel!!!

Superb hotel set in a stunning area. The views from the hotel room are breathtaking. The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff are superb. The bar and restaurant offers terrific variety of food and drink, which is all high quality. This is all the more impressive given how remote the area where the hotel is. The spa is world class. A must stay.

Travellers should be pre warned that they are on 4th floor with no lifts and amenities

Never had a better view in a hotel in my life - Absolutely gorgeous. The amenities such as indoor pool and spa plus daily free offerings for guests (documentary, asado, etc) were such lovely additions to the experience. Staff were all so helpful and friendly. Best breakfast. Hotel has multiple restaurants as well, which was helpful in such a remote location - a fantastic location at that.

Really nice stay

This hotel is stunning. The staff were so helpful upon check in and also in advance. We managed to organize horse riding with The Massif even though we only had the one night there. They had a free seafood dish on offer which was yummy and we also dined in the restaurant, food was excellent. Breakfast buffet is definitely the best we’ve had in Chile. Views are unmatched, the extra large windows make the most of this. Rooms were incredibly clean and well prepared. We enjoyed the added bonus of the sauna and swimming pool. Really cant complain! It’s was a fabulous stay for our last night in Torres Del Paine!

This hotel was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment you walk through the doors you immediately realize the sense of coziness, the attention to detail, the friendly staff, the cleanliness, the positive vibes, and my personal favorite the most spectacular view in all of Torres Del Paines! There is no better view in the entire park. I highly recommend this hotel without any reservations.

Staff excellent, eager to help and always smiling. Premises beautiful.and well kept. Food delicious and varied. Great lunch bags for days when excursions ran late. The area itself breathtaking!!
