Did a night here for my wife's birthday and couldn't have asked for a better getaway. Staff were great, room was very nice, and the whole building was very clean.

Beautiful room, staff were professional! There is a little construction in the area but don’t let this detour you from staying.

everything was good, except hair dryer. The hair dryer's cord was too short and hard to use.

Room was spotless

I did not appreciate that the heating level is capped at 25 degrees and the actual room temperature did not go higher than 23 degrees. It was really cold in Calgary and I would have appreciated the flexibility, that others hotels are providing to their guest. So this was extremely annoying

The best

We decided to treat ourselves to a staycation for Valentine's Day and usually love this hotel but there were problems with the temperature on the floor we stayed on this time. We were unable to adjust the temperature to cool the room down. It was so hot in the room that we felt sick and almost left in the middle of the night and did ultimately leave before 6am. We did call to let the front desk know at 2am and they said they could send maintenence shortly but we didn't want to wait up for them at that time. We also heard others complaining by the elevator in the evening and the hallway was just as warm. Disappointed in this experience after paying so much to stay.

Exceptional service everyone went above and beyond our expectations A later checkout was permitted The room was huge with all the amenities needed plus more. We definitely will be returning the next time we’re in Calgary Great location as well!
