This hotel could be spectacular if they paid a little more attention to room updates. The common areas, profile, and some room aspects scream historic hotel. But the rooms were comfortable enough, quiet, and equipped. Bed was good. Front desk was helpful but some staff hard to communicate with.
Restaurant was really good, get the lamb tagine. Breakfast was so-so. What can’t be beaten is the location. It is directly across from the port and on the edge of the Medina.
For now the price is cheap. Overall a good value for money.
