Amazing check in with super friendly staff and lovely to our family. Booked a superior room but wasn’t sure it was one and then my mistake I forgot to check in reception. Pool was nice and the view from the structure is very nice. Breakfast ok, little variety. AC didn’t work very well Had an issue at midnight where we heard water dripping, waited a while not understanding where it was coming from, told a member staff that it had been going on for an hour and the reply was: hopefully it’s from upstairs, tell reception in the morning.. so we were concerned that we were going to wake up flooded, then realized when the water went off and on again that we could hear that it was the upstairs shower, no problem with that, just that it would have been nice to know what it was. Other than that nice property and stay

Excellent stay!

Room was a good size and had a lovely view of Montepulciano old town from the balcony. Staff were friendly. Evening meal in restaurant was good and therecwas a good choice for breakfast. Excellent location and vety good value for money.

The hotel needs updating if they are going to charge luxury hotel prices. Porch door needs a screen to keep bugs out of the hot room. Expedia should not advertise price includes all expenses (e.g., they charge additional 5 Euros per person for pool).

We were at this hotel in 2022 so we decided to stay again. dinner at the restaurant was great and also breakfast the next day was also very good

Hotel personnel are ver friendly

Lovely hotel in a convenient location for us to park. We opted to eat in the restaurant and it was delicious, same for breakfast, very good indeed and excellent value. Only stayed one night but we will definitely stay again.

Perfect

The staff wasn’t helpful at the front desk. No knowledge about the town, events or restaurants near the hotel. The room is very basic and outdated. The shower does not have a head shower and the exterior area needs to be clean. The lobby smell like chlorine
