An absolutely stunning hotel, beautifully converted from a real church. We stayed on the 5th floor in a junior suite right under the dome, and waking up to the view of the stained glass windows was truly something special. It’s one of those rare experiences you don’t forget. The service throughout was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. There’s also a lovely coffee corner on the second floor with refreshments and a coffee machine, which was a nice touch. The hotel also offers its own paid parking, which is very convenient. We wholeheartedly recommend this unique hotel concept — it’s a place with real character and atmosphere.

Worst WiFi in the country is in this hotel. High end Delux room, one in church area is actually so beautiful, quiet, comfortable and unique but other rooms outside the church are clean and comfy too but visually are worthless motel cottages. They even try to “Upgrade” you to cottages.

A lovely place to stay when visiting Mechelen. Our room was fairly basic but provided all the amenities we needed. The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly and helped us feel welcomed throughout our stay. We didn't try the breakfast which cost €25 however the atmosphere in the breakfast hall looks great and would be worth a try.

We stayed in the most expensive room, furnitures were not really clean, bathroom is small with toilet blocking the entrance. There is no window to open. Breakfast is poor; fake juices, 7 minute egg that was boiled for 2, pre-fab breads, one loaf that heeds to be cut will dull knife, granola in bottles tasting like it is old, etc. It all feels like a pop-up hotel - has an improvised feel to it and could do with a major deep clean / upgrade, the building is unique but the experience rather a gimmick.

Had a great experience here, quirky ex-church hotel, good rooms, great lobby and breakfast area. Special mention to Ellen who served us at the bar, and kept us and kids happy, very friendly and helpful! Great stay so far!
