Clean room, big tv screen, and very helpful staff, also a delicious breakfast buffet. I totally recomend this hotel.

Very clean, easy to get to, friendly staff, Sunday buffet was good.

All the staff were very kind, and the hotel looked super clean.

Met by armed guard with a machine gun who never left the lobby. Beds were incredibly hard. When asking for anything we were met with a resounding "no", or misdirection. We did not feel safe and it did not meet the 5 star rating. When we requested a refund, for our other 4 days booked, we were told there is a 100% cancelation fee. So, they were able to rebook the room and receive 200% for their room. We asked our travel agent to assist us in even a partial refund and were met with a "no". Definitely horrible customer service....beware.

From the moment we walked in we were treated as the most important people The staff, both at the desk, And in the restaurant went above and beyond to be sure we had a wonderful stay. The room was especially spacious and comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean; the room, the lobby, the restaurant It was the nicest stay we've had with over 3 weeks on the road in Mexico

My room was big, comfortable, updated and extremely clean. Jorge, at the front desk, was personable and professional, I appreciated his personal attention to ensuring my stay was perfect. The onsite restaurant was a plus as well as having room service available 24/7. Thank you.

Amazing stay !!!! Breakfast was a la carte and amazing! Very delicious with fresh green smoothie, fresh fruit, very tasty omelets and very good coffee. They had a personalized welcome sign with our name. The room is huge. I think that all the rooms are suites. The view from my room overlooked the mountains. We ate dinner at the restaurant too and that was very tasty. We didn’t have time to visit the spa. I left the cleaning lady a few things and they sent me a THANK YOU video, which was completely unexpected. I left absolutely in love with this property!!!

Las instalaciones del hotel están impecables: limpias, cómodas y bien cuidadas. La habitación superó nuestras expectativas, con todos los detalles pensados para una estancia placentera. El restaurante ofrece una comida deliciosa y el servicio es de primera. Sin duda, uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he hospedado. Altamente recomendado y con ganas de volver muy pronto. Most appreciated how all the staff from desk, restaurant, cleaning and security guard recognized and acknowledged us daily as we passed through. Very friendly when we asked or needed anything. The restaurant is the best and 5 star quality. The lead person I shall term as Maitre d’Hotel at this restaurant.

Loved having a hot tub, sauna and steam room! Plus the suite was very spacious.
