I put a do not disturb sign out at night. I removed around 10 in the morning. When I returned at 3, the room had not been refreshed. When I called to inquire why room had not been refreshed, the manager said I had sign out and housekeepers were not required to return to see if service was requested. Also, curious. Pay for breakfast during the week; free on weekend????

Overall perfect location to all the things! It was clean and quiet. Would stay here again!

One night stay prior to Thanksgiving. Six adults in three rooms two kings and one double Queen. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and our overall experience was positive. Would definitely not hesitate to stay here again.

It was clean and convenient

So gross. There were dirty sheets with a fresh stain. That stain went through into the mattress pad.

They have friendly staff and we found the room to be clean and comfortable. We didnt get a chance to use their inside pool but it looked good. They offer Starbucks coffee and a bestro. Over all we would stay here again.

My stay was great except that my heater made a noise that wasn’t bad just a little annoying. Also when I went to take a shower I couldn’t get hot water so the staff let me use another room’s shower. Then they told me later that the water was hooked up backwards and the hot was cold. But all in all it was great and I enjoyed it.

Overall the hotel was satisfactory. The room however, we had an issue with the ac unit not wanting to turn on, the toilet would run for an extended period of time unless I turned the main valve off and then back on. The shower barely got warm, it was just warm enough to not be miserable and it took several minutes to get that warm. I will not be staying here again

This the third time my wife and I have stayed at this hotel. The staff is always accommodating. It’s always clean, close to shopping and restaurants. Easy to get in and out of parking lot.

This hotel is walking distance to the mall and restaurants. Also, it’s in a safe and clean area. Parking was free and lots of open spaces. Every restaurant you can think of, is within 1-2 miles. Bobbi, the Assistant GM was very nice and pleasant to talk with. Her customer service is top tier. Thank you! I will ALWAYS stay at this property.

My family’s stay here was pleasant. The staff was nice and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

Its very nice. It was clean. Only thing i didnt like was no breakfaat other than a paynfor option. With the price of rooms, i just feel breakfaat should be included
