Traveling with older people and since no elevator help with luggage would have been nice. Noisy in the night but not the fault of staff. Just annoying.

Very old hotel. Optional breakfast, which in my eyes is positive. Rooms are old but clean. Bathrooms were really bad. Super cheap shower solutions for example. I payed around 1200 for one night. That’s 500 more than what would be a correct price for this room in this hotel. So quite pricey for the low standard I think.

Overall ok, but very noisy. Did not get a good night sleep as I woke up every time a guest came or left. The doors slamp shut and also slam against the frame when shut.

Nice hotel. Perfect for a one night business trip

As usual in many Norwegian hotels, it's difficult to get a twin room. Here, as elsewhere, the double bed consists of 2 single beds, which can be separated. The hotel was very quiet, although there was some fairly loud equipment noise (perhaps an air fan or water pump) at about 6 o'clock in the morning.

fine would use again if I'm in area... very short walk into the town.. parkings big bonus. used as over night stop from rygge.. oh quick and friendly check in..

I stayed here due to working in the local area for a few days. The hotel was okay, but I found it to be very basic. Enough to sleep in, but not overly comfortable

Very small room with dead fly stuck to window, odd mat on top of bed to make it even softer than it was. Very bizarre! Bathroom: no shower mat to put on the floor, no shower gel (only shampoo sachet and small soap bar). Strong shower but ended up floading the bathroom. Advertised a restaurant but closed (only open for breakfast). Very friendly and helpful staff though, Could not fault them.

This is the place to stay if you have business in downtown Moss. I have stayed at this hotel about 6-7 times. The rooms are small but comfortable and the breakfasts are good.

Badet var slitt og gammelt, grei seng og veldig bra de hadde kjøleskap på rommet. Kjøleskap på rommet var d beste med hele oppholdet

Hotellet hade ingen frukostbuffe som det står i beskrvningen av hotellet det fanns inte heller någon restaurang eller bar som fanns i beskrivningen. Frukosten bestod av en förpackad låda.

Fin beliggenhed og hjælpsomt personale. Morgenmad er ikke tilgængelig, man kan købe kaffe/the/madpakke to go. Værelset ret småt til tre personer - man skulle kante sig forbi sovesofaen. Senge og sengetøj var behageligt.

Enkelt og greit,det man trenger og sentralt i Moss til en hyggelig pris. Hyggelig hjelpsom betjening.
