This is a beautiful property set in the Devon countryside, on the edge of Dartmoor. It has beautiful views over the valley and you can sit out in the garden while you admire them. The house is really old and well maintained, full of traditional wooden beams. The breakfast is really nice as well and you can pre-order hot food. I would recommend it to anyone.

The owners were very welcoming, our room had excellent views and location , the room was well equipped and clean. We ate at the local pub Bearslake inn in the evening which had excellent food and great service. Breakfast was excellent, with a fantastic cooked breakfast , and toast with continental included also. Location of the property is good with easy access to the major roads.

Yes breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked and served to the table .There was also help your self cereal and fruits.

Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely Manor House. Jakes and Jane were extremely welcoming and friendly. Our room was very comfortable. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided in room daily were very welcomed after a day walking on the Moors. An amazing breakfast every morning which was delicious. Lovely and peaceful location with easy access to Dartmoor and Cornwall. Would definitely stay here again.
