Despite a long walk and a few staircases to climb the room was lovely. Clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The cooked breakfast was very tasty, hot and well presented. Situated very close to the town. Would definitely return.

Lovely stay but need to look at pillows, very flat and hard so difficult to have a good nights sleep.

The room was clean and well decorated

This is a lovely, well kept hotel. The room, though on the smaller size was immaculately clean and the shower good. The breakfast was enormous and very, very good. Overall, excellent value for money.

Clean room

The decor and soft furnishings were gorgeous. Our room was spotless and warm. We could open the window to suit ourselves which I like. It had the feel of a very well- maintained manor house. The dining room has ornate original plasterwork and other original features. Our breakfast was freshly cooked to order and I recommend the porridge and the delicious vegetarian glamorgan sausage. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff.

Friendly staff, lovely bedroom, comfortable bed, very clean and tidy. Tasty breakfast with good service. Hotel has a lovely appearance.

Comfortable room, nicely decorated and immaculate. Attentive and welcoming staff. On site parking. Plenty of breakfast choice. Full cooked breakfast was excellent, unfortunately the avocado option was a little below par. Plenty of tea and toast plus excellent service.

I cannot fault the staff at this hotel. As a nonogenarian I was treated with the utmost courtesy and help. I, unfortunately, suffered what might euphemistically be called a medical incident shortly after arrival. Some of the staff were with me at the time and Alysha immediately called for an ambulance. I shall always be grateful for the kindness

Plenty of free parking The service from staff from checking in to checking out was superb. The breakfast was very good. Our room was large enough for our needs and clean with very comfortable bed. Bar open in evening and prices on par with pubs.
