Lovely hotel, great location, breakfast top quality, excellent staff at reception, house keeping and in the dining room, my only bother was the shower enclosure a little small but manageable, parking Infront of the hotel but pay and display, all in all a great time was had many thanks 👍

This Accommodation is in Scarborough town centre. My Room was very clean. There is a lift inside this hotel. On the Ground floor there is a Reception desk, if a member of staff aren't there ring the bell. Staff customer service skills were very good. Breakfast is at 08.00 am. Parking is nearby. This hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the Promenade. This hotel is only a 10 walk to the train station

Lovely friendly staff, spacious bathroom, breakfast was very good and the room was clean and comfortable.

Everything was nice ,amenities was good ,clean ,it would’ve been better if there was a bar, good breakfast?

The staff are all very pleasant and nothing is a problem. The best thing is the breakfast wow lots to chose from award rated cooked breakfast is a delight and a continental selection to many to list, so no problem finding something to eat. It could do with a bit of modernisation to keep up with other hotels around the area. Clean comfortable beds with all provisions iron ironing board fan etc If your looking for somewhere central near the shops beach its ideal but comes with noisey seagulls especially in nesting season. Ear plugs are provided and were much appreciated. All in all a god short break with lots to do. Would I stay again yes!!

Lovely place , near the sea front

Nice, basic but clean and well prepared room, accessible via lift if needed, great value, great location, parking in the street but easily accessible. A lovely stay thank you.

It had a bath which was a nice change

Room was very clean little old fashioned but in keeping with the hotel building we thought was a lovely stay We stayed one night bed comfy lots of tea/coffee available in room. Breakfast area very quaint and plenty of choice and great quality Staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again However parking spaces outside were too small and we were unable to get into car but this is not the hotels fault the council

We really enjoyed our stay the location was ideal for the beach/sea front and also the town, the staff were very welcoming and helpful we will definitely stay again.

Had a lovely stay at the Riviera Town House.very clean and a delicious breakfast. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect

Staff at breakfast were very attentive, breakfast grill was made up with locally sourced products, all of which were of high quality and well presented.

Nice one night stay in a well located hotel. Really helpful and friendly staff. Thought it was towards the top end of price point as breakfast and parking not included . We paid extra for breakfast and were pleased with the quality, quantity and choices of food. Minor issue with light in bathroom but reported it on check out and confident it will get resolved.

Great hotel and would definitely recommend staying. Parking is a nightmare buf luckily we managed to get a space in car park by palm court hotel. £13 for 24hours. We didn't have a breakfast so cannot comment. Only things id suggest is small fridge in the room.

Comfortable bed, some noise from people on the landing as there was a gap at the bottom of the door but this was only a minor inconvenience. Friendly staff, plenty of teacand coffee in the room too.

Arrived but unable to park near the property which was a concern due to mobility issues despite stating self parking available. Bedroom was well equipped but small. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment. For the price we paid, it would have been better if it did come with some breakfast !
