Nice one night stay in a well located hotel. Really helpful and friendly staff. Thought it was towards the top end of price point as breakfast and parking not included . We paid extra for breakfast and were pleased with the quality, quantity and choices of food. Minor issue with light in bathroom but reported it on check out and confident it will get resolved.

Great hotel and would definitely recommend staying. Parking is a nightmare buf luckily we managed to get a space in car park by palm court hotel. £13 for 24hours. We didn't have a breakfast so cannot comment. Only things id suggest is small fridge in the room.

Comfortable bed, some noise from people on the landing as there was a gap at the bottom of the door but this was only a minor inconvenience. Friendly staff, plenty of teacand coffee in the room too.

Arrived but unable to park near the property which was a concern due to mobility issues despite stating self parking available. Bedroom was well equipped but small. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment. For the price we paid, it would have been better if it did come with some breakfast !

Lovely little hotel, very central to town. We chose the hotel as we were there for a festival at the Spa, it is just a few minutes away from Scarborough Spa. The staff are friendly and very kind. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around, and it's just a short stroll to the beach. The hotel also provides earplugs as the seagulls can get rather loud.

Almost a home from home, clean room, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast served by friendly staff that couldn't do enough for you. Also a surprise Easter chocolate gift. It will be my first consideration when returning to Scarborough.
