Room is good, not wide, but not uncomfortable. Allocate good interior space Unfold 29 ”bags, get 2 pieces. There is an air purifier. Elder Fan is available to borrow. The bathroom is not too small. The water flows well. Staff are good. The more the cleaning staff will knock in the room late, whether we will make the room or not. The hotel from the front does not look like a hotel because it is a building with a club. But once you enter the lobby we are greeted by a super cute rabbit. Once checked in as always at 3 pm we are asked to passport all who stay. Then we opened the code of conduct book at the hotel. The code of conduct is 1. Room floors cannot be dirty or wet (a fine of 4000 yen). 2. The hotel key must be left in the hotel when we go out for a walk. "3. You cannot eat or drink in the hotel lobby 4. Check out at 10am more than that 10-11am fine 3000 ¥ 11-12 4000 ¥ the rest is charged at 1 day. 5. Custody of luggage only until 3 pm, more than that 1 hour 3000 ¥ 2 hours 4000 ¥ and so on. And so want to go to the room the hallway lights are yellowish green "like a jasmine hotel. Room keys use ordinary keys instead of cards. If you can choose a non smoking room, okay? But overall the hotel room is clean. Different bathrooms and toilets. I ordered one for 5 people and the room is spacious. 2 large beds and 1 single bed. Don't jugde the book by its cover right😊

The room is clean and easy to find restaurant

The room is so old and I feel misty. We check out right away after check in because we don’t feel like sleeping there. The lift is broken and its so scary. The room is dusty. The sofa bed was old and dusty. The lamps if off!! Urgh. From the street to the lobby there’s no baggage way or elevator so we must carry our heavy luggage through stairs which is more than 10 steps and it sucks. Will not recommend this to anyone.

The strategic hotel is only the rooms are rather cramped, the staff is friendly.

Location is great. Near dotonbori & shinsaibashi. The room is a little bit small but it was enough and cozy. I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is very strategic and there are many restaurants, cafes and shopping centers. The hotel staff is also friendly and very helpful.

The hotel requires me to pay 4000 yen per night for a second child even though I bring a baby, the room is musty and smells like it is not maintained.

I couldn't say bad nor great. The access to station is pretty far. This hotel is full of rules and how the staff clean up the room also bad. I stay for 3 day and I only get the mineral water at the second day and third. The room is enough also if you have 3 big luggage. Anyway thanks!

Not a recommended hotel ever. Why? The hotel and the room are totally different with the picture. I booked a room that is supposed to be for 3 people (1 double bed and 1 twin bed), and we are 2 adults and 1 child (7 years old), but they charge us for the child! And the price was kind of the same for 1 room price, doesn't make sense. Cause as I know every hotel doesn't charge for kids under 12 years old. They didn't give us a drinking water on the 1st day, when I ask for the water they just say we won't get water for the 1st day, just wait for tomorrow. Like what?? I paid and I didn't even get water. The air conditioner control is broken so you can't control the temperature. The beds are so so bad, I could say it's already broken bed, it's so uncomfortable. Last but not least the receptionist is not polite at all. Did not even give us a smile nor greeting since we arrived. The way they answer us is totally disrespectful, as she wants to explain us the rules of the hotel, she just holds a paper in her hand and tell us "you read” with the finger pointing to the paper. So we left in the morning and ask them to make up our room, but when we came back, it's like oh my God. They are so not professional! They just put the messy folded blanket on our bed. That's it. Just 1 thing I like from this hotel, it's that they have a rabbit in their lobby, it's kinda cute so thanks to the rabbit to calm down my anger and disappointment.

Less clean, we eat bread in the morning morning lobby is strictly prohibited when breakfast is not supplied to eat outside.

It was a nice stay! Nice room and welcome staff. English is okay! And you can find a cute rabbit at the lobby. Near from Namba station and Dōtonbori!

The area is crowded, lots of food, don't worry about starving. There is a rabbit welcoming his guests.

It's an old hotel. The bed was hard. Quite a walk from the tourist spot.
