The room is a bit small but clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located near Ben Thanh Market. Plus points for the healthy breakfast, the beautiful ambiance, and the super friendly service.

It's okay, close to the city center, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I found the space a bit dark, and the room was only mid-range (I stayed in the middle category), but it was convenient for getting around.

Soundproofing is not good. The room is quite small. With the price of 4 million/night/room and the experience of a small room, the window is right at the head of the bed and the outside view is a dark hallway, at night you can hear noises and the voices of other guests talking in the hallway clearly, the old air conditioner makes a hissing sound all night, which is extremely bad for such a cost.
