Staff nice, room not the best

We were in room 216 - not bad at a glance but the sink tap is misfired almost as if spirit levels were not present, there is paint peel above the bath and as soon as we checked in someone wanted to hover just outside our room. The checking was done with due care and diligence- but the management could avoid guest’ annoyance if there’s supplied extra reception staff maybe around 2 -4 pm… the wait at checking and the unfinished room makes tour hotel not worth 200 euros per night

The hotel was very clean and the service was good, bathroom and room were in good condition. The WiFi however was very bad, they gave me 4 different WiFi logins, but at around 8 pm all Wifis are

As a so called VIP member i was ment to get a complmentry free drink. Didnt get offered a thing

Beautiful hotel with less than a five minute walk to catch the train or bus. Lots to see and do close by. Very friendly staff and breakfast was excellent

The heater is not working properly. Housekeeping did not refill the shower gels

The hotel was amazing and in great location. Reception manager was very nice and helped us with all our needs. Highly recommend that hotel.

Closer to Train and bus but I found the area around the hotel bit too quite. Breakfast and other food options were pricey than restaurants around. Found the aircon not cold enough and few minor issues

Overall, hotel was OK cleaning staff weren’t very friendly

Nothing special, front desk is nice (except for the graveyard shift as no good morning or how was your stay was asked while checking out this morning) public transportation was close by. The rooms were average the bed made noises. Would give 7/10.

Modern and well equipped hotel, well positioned with a short walk to the Metro station and trams. Very good breakfast served and competitively priced other meals during the day. Excellent hotel!

It was a good stay

They just didnt have english breakfast tea. Requested at reception they said they would send up to room but nothing. Also, room service did not top up English breakfast tea.

Comfortable and clean, good value, but no money has been spent on repairing minor superficial damage (not to the level I'd expect of a 4 star hotel). Sauna was also closed or not well sign-posted, no info supplied on this.
