Apartment was great sized and pool was beautiful. Kids absolutely loved staying here. Highly recommend

Room was a bit tired in places but overall OK. Couch was plastic and dirty. It was the biggest drawback. Pool, playground and common area were great for a family. Loved the Foxtel and the location.

The apartment has been renovated and feels clean. Spacious. It has everything you would need, specially in the kitchen. The pools are really nice with different heating so you can choose what temperature suits you best. The only feedback is that it would be nice to have at least one cleaning service. I dont know how long you have to stay to get the apartment cleaned, we stayed 5 nights. We had cleaning equipment that we used, but for the price, getting towels changed one would have been nice. Pool towels would be nice too, although i had read reviews and i was already prepared with our own. Just a hassle to have to bring them.

Lovely pools and grounds. It's not a high rise.

It was suppose to be a deluxe room, dirty corners in rooms, towels were old and tattered on ends and sides. Beds were on wheels, floors were tiled so they moved a lot. Refillable toiletries containers were not filled. Lotion container on bathroom vanity was dusty around the top. Tv remote was difficult to use. Doors to balcony hard to open and lock. BUT pool facilities were fantastic. Close to beach, transport and shopping. Quiet dispite the building of hughrisers and roads around it. AC worked really well. As we arrived and departed after hours really easy to do with helpful reception staff.

The unit was dirty (rubbish under cushions) floor was sticky and the bathroom floor was not clean. Outside the unit the entrance to the pool was closed with rubbish blocking the gate. The smaller pools were closed for maintenance and we were there for a week with no changes to these areas. Plaster was coming off in spa area, the tiles need regrouting and were black and mouldy. Windows were dirty and needed repainting. Not good value for money, and this was supposed to be a deluxe apartment, my families units were worse, we stayed in three for a week.

Second time staying here definitely will be our place to stay in the future

Very spacious apartment in beautiful gardens by the pool in a nice quieter part of the Gold Coast. The weather was also awesome.
