The air conditioner did not work on such hot day, the staff said the technician will fix it within 10 mins but it did not get sorted out until I check out. WiFi is not stable, I try to call to operator to ask for an update of air conditioner issue, but the phone did not work too.

Pretty good hotel in my opinion from own experience. I do agree with some other reviews that it was a little noisy from the windows, but this doesn't bother me much

Expected it to be closer as you had recommended, to the football match 20 euros for breakfast to to much

Great hotel

Not a hotel I’d normally stay at I only chose it because it was close to my hair procedure. The staff clearly judge guests by appearance. The room was dark even with all the lights on, and our view was of another building’s windows. When I asked the concierge for help getting a taxi to Bebek Waterfront, he pointed me to a driver who rudely refused. Minutes later, I saw the same concierge personally escort a well-dressed woman to that very taxi. I was casually dressed due to my procedure, but that’s no excuse for such treatment. Very disappointing.

Gorgeous. I absolutely loved staying here. Very clean, near the street but the room was very quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again.

It was simply beautiful. I am really happy that we booked our stay at this hotel. The staff was great and beyond helpful, I want to thank the people who had the night shift and helped us with our checkout, Hasan, Ismail and Baran. The breakfast was among the best we have had in all of our trips. The hotel delivers and you get your money's worth in every way.

It is too noisy to sleep well. Sleeping like in the middle of highway

The hotel was located in the area I wanted to stay but walking around this area was difficult due to busy roads and construction.
