Clean room Great staff

Excellent friendly staff at check in and at breakfast. Competitively priced for the season. We were only staying one. Ight but everything worked perfectly. Parking in the street was easy.

The hotel location is great, staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is magnificent. However housekeeping is not up to standards. They prepared our room for only 2 people (towels, etc.) although our reservation was for 3 people and also they forgot to clean our room for 1 day out of 2, and in general the cleanliness of the room was not really good. If the hotel can improve housekeeping service, they can be unbeatable for their price and comfort.

Our room was ready early which was nice, Nice and clean hotel. Breakfast was okay.

A lovely hotel very close to the beach, the long hours of the free brunch were a great benefit to an early riser like me who got first and second breakfasts in! A nice small pool. The parking immediately nearby was very limited but we found plenty within a half mile walk.

The hotel is very close to the Beach and to the bus stop with ot of restaurants around. Their breakfast is very complete and delicious.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast but they need to sort the hot side of a buffet as the food wasn't hot. Mentioned it to stuff and they turned the temperature up. Otherwise clean and convenient hotel to stay.

Lovely clean, relaxed hotel. All staff very pleasant and professional. Brunch served until 13:30 each day, which all made for a very relaxing holiday. As a vegeterian, there was plenty of food to chose from. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and open even in low season. Bus stop 2 mins away, with frequent buses to Palma and S'Arenal. Airport only 15 mins away by bus too. Will definitely recommend and return to this hotel!

What a like in this hotel is you near to all most is in Airport 8 mins driving. But what is bad is you hear all the neighbours outside you can’t sleep good.

The property was ok. No fridge in the room and the parking is non existent I had to park 3 streets away from hotel
