Everything was very nice

My family and I went to visit family in Cuernavaca. We stayed in this hotel. The rooms were excellent! The breakfast Buffet was beyond delicious and the pools were perfect temperature. The staff was always attentive and their laundry service is 24 hour turn around time and left my clothes great! The place is clean and beautiful! I can go on. Great Hotel!

Solid hotel that covers the basics. Reliable wifi connection, good breakfast, comfortable room. Mattress could be better, gym needs to be upgraded. Friendly staff.

We were happy there, Hotel is comfortable, personnel is attentive. Excellent service in general. Nice gardens. Some noise during the night from kids playing "futbolito". Clear schedule of this entertainment facilities may be good idea.

Nice hotel but room back windows connect to the parking lot beneath. Opening the window for just a few minutes will get the room filled with smog. We had to open the front door for a while so that the smell of smog would go away. Rooms are a bit noise, you can hear noises coming from other rooms and you can clearly hear the noise of the parking lot opening and closing at all times. Breakfast at the restaurant was good overall. Dinner was ever priced, particularly drinks and coffee. Much better and cheaper food for dinner at any other place in the neighborhood.

Good not great. Too many restrictions. On a request the answer was no. Then an explanation, then maybe. Management could improve.

Nice overall. Steady internet connection, well kept gardens, nice pool area. Room is a bit dated, didnt have a minibar (nor somewhere you could keep products cold), and curtains didnt block much sunlight. Very peaceful place, great to disconnect and enjoy in a calm manner. Close to fantastic restaurants.

This is not a luxury hotel but rooms are spacious and most of all clean. The best meal they serve is Sunday Brunch. Good restaurants, convenience stores and family activities nearby.

Good food in The Restaurant

Excellent location, pristine condition. Well worth the rate. Walking distance to very nice restaurants, and a super cool indoor/outdoor cantina (struggling to remember the name, sorry!) The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Also received a free breakfast voucher. Really nice breafst buffett.
