The best value ever ! This hotel deserves 5 star really ! With ercondition, with firm mattress, very clean, bath , balcony, great size room , I absolutely delighted. At the reception Iranian man was great professional and special thanks to him . Really really happy . Thank you so much !!!!

We had a most wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much! Even down to arranging a scale and assisting us with confirming the weight of our bags before travelling. The breakfasts were incredible - absolutely delicious! And such a perfect location being so near to the station. Wonderful place to walk from, lovely restaurant nearby and just overall a most wonderful stay. Thank you to all the staff!!

We payed far over 500 euros, and sadly did not get what you would expect for this price. Our room was outdated and the bathroom had some molt. The walls were not white anymore. The location is great, but it is time for some investment and modernization. We did not understand why the bar/cafe had no personal. The breakfast is absolutely not bad, but even that could have some extra attention.

3 star at best. Rooms are really dated. Bed was good, pillows terrible. Staff were friendly, location, right next to train station, so 15/20 mins walk to centre, bur ideal to move on your next leg of a trip. The lift is the best part of the hotel, built1928 - a national treasure, supposedly.

It was terrible, especially considering the high price. Moreover, I stayed on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, yet they only allowed a one-hour late checkout, and I had to pay €25 for each additional hour. The room was cold and did not have a kettle or a fridge. The staff was not familiar with the reservation system. When I checked in, even though I had prepaid, she told me that I had not paid and that I needed to pay again. After she asked her colleague, he apologized for the misunderstanding. When I checked out, they did not ask how my stay was; they only seemed focused on getting guests checked out. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.
