Le petit déjeuner mériterait d'être un peu plus garni (viennoiserie, charcuterie)

Breakfast was premade. even the eggs were cooked and were cold from the fridge. it was not hot breakfast.

Older hotel, well preserved, and very clean. Room modernized, bath room old but nothing broken and very clean. Cold breakfast ok (but second day no juice no yogourt). Free parking on site.

Stayed for a day- Wonderful reception staff A small comfortable, budget-friendly “BOUTIQUE”hotel in Quebec City.

Great location very nice hotel

When I saw the pictures online, I thought it would be an amazing place to stay. However, upon arrival, I realized it was a complete lie. The images were more appealing than the actual hotel itself.I honestly think it should be classified as a motel instead. A family member even commented that it was 'hostile.' The room smelled terribly musty, with a strong odor of mold and mildew. The bathrooms were disgusting, with dirty, stained tiles and foul smells pervasive throughout. The breakfast offered was subpar and not worth the money paid. I hesitated to use the shower because of the visible mold growing on the grout and tiles. The bed frame was flimsy and poorly constructed; the scaffolding hit my husband’s shoes and broke. The water tank was awkwardly placed inside the wardrobe cabinet, making access difficult. There is no elevator, so we had to carry four heavy luggage pieces up and down the steep staircase, which was exhausting. We hear the sound of people walking around and the loud music outside. Totally will never recommend this place to anyone, not worth anyone’s money.

L auberge était bien mais sans plus la chambre été correcte sauf la salle de bien, la douche réparé avec un plastique coller sur la tuile présence de moisissures coins du bain et sur le mûre je m attendait pas à 5 étoiles mais un peu plys propre déjeuner étais bien mais vaisselles pas propre faut vérifier souvent ce que l ont prend.mais pour juste dormir ça va sans plus. A vous de la découvrir. La seul chose que moi j aurais mentionné c est les travaux que la rue comporte rue fermée mal indiquée coupure la 1 première jour jusqu à 16h cela aurait été bien d avertir la clientèle de cela comme ça pas surprise. La fille au front desk a dite qu un message avait été envoyé mais pas vrai elle cherchait à dire n importe quoi pour excusé mais les clients averti se sentent moins déçu mais bon à voué de voir

Tout était bien, le petit déjeuner et les cafés aussi. Les draps sont cependant très inconfortable et ne tiennent pas sur le lit comme il faut.

Clean and appropriate for short staying.

Comfy bed but lots of dust on walls in room and dirty stained carpets in hallways. Noisy due to construction on street outside

My son went to the pool 3 times during our stay. The pool water looked cloudy. On the drive back home to Ottawa yesterday my son was saying he wasn't feeling well. When we got home he went straight to the toilet to vomit. Today he had a fever all day and spent most of the day in the bathroom.

The breakfast is good
