L’hôtel est vraiment bien situé sur une rue où il y a de bons restaurants diversifiés, de cafés et épicerie. L’entrée du métro est à proximité. Le personnel de l’hôtel est vraiment sympathique, courtois et accommodant. L’appartement était très propre, bien équipé et bien insonorisé. Le stationnement intérieur est fantastique. Nous recommandons cet hôtel fortement.

Good location and clean

Difficult check in. Not the friendliest staff. Rooms are not near the check in.

Clean rooms, reasonable spacious, easy check in, close to beach, dining options nearby, grocery store downstair, 7 mins walk to subway station, 3 mins to bus stops

I would not recommend this place due to how unsafe and inconvenient it is. Reception is a 10 minute walk away from the building, and the entrance is difficult to enter, with keys not fully working with the locks. We were stuck outside the building at night, and no one was able to assist us. Furthermore, the staff was unhelpful when there was an intruder in the building. We tried contacting them for security but we were snubbed and told us security won’t come until 3 hours later. This led us to call the emergency line since we were told that we were on our own unprofessionally. Definitely do not book this place if safety is your priority.

Nice place good location

This is a very nice apartment in a beautiful area of the city. We did have some issues accessing the door of the building and with the electronic lock of the apartment. The lock to the apartment eventually got resolved.

It was a bit noisy at night in the rambla

Loved this property especially for the area. Great easy check in and checkout with the option of a paid late check out if available. Clean and had all that we needed. Would recommend and will be back.

Everything was great about our stay except for the amount of hot water for a shower. There were 3 of us and we probably had a total of about 7 min of hot water.

We recently stayed at this property in Barcelona and had a mixed experience. Upon check-in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They provided us with a map and clear directions to our flat, which was just a few blocks away. Unfortunately, we encountered some issues with the electronic key, which did not initially grant us access to the unit. After calling for assistance, the problem was resolved promptly. Once inside, we faced another hiccup connection. The provided instructions didn’t work, but again, the staff quickly addressed the issue and provided updated information. One major disappointment was the sleeping arrangements. We had expected a queen and king bed, but instead found a queen and two twin beds. While the staff offered to push the twin beds together, this didn’t seem like a reasonable solution, so we just made do. The accommodations themselves were average but benefited from an excellent location near restaurants, shops, and the beach. However, being situated above a busy street made it difficult to get restful sleep before 1 or 2 AM due to the noise. The flat also had a very small hot water tank, which limited us to one short hot shower per person. Additionally, the thermostat wasn’t adjustable, which was disappointing. Overall, while the price seemed fair for the area, the lack of modern conveniences like soundproofing, sufficient hot water, temperature control, and and accurate bedding options left us feeling the experience was just average.

Great location

The power went out in the middle of the night for an hour or so. This was very uncomfortable with no air movement. The water heaters are not on demand so with more than one shower the second person gets a cold shower. The apartment felt old. The stickers on the walls everywhere made it feel cheap. I would not stay again as there were too many negative things to justify the price.

Great location safe and clean a bit far from center of Barcelona however there is a Subway station about a mile away that takes you to downtown Lugaris apartment was great ladies taking care of the apartments are helpful and available thank you
