Staff very friendly and helpful, in the current heatwave the air conditioning was amazing. Loved the kitchenette. Bearing in mind we were in the middle of the nightlife area the rooms were very quiet. Thank you very much

Excellent accommodation, immaculate and great facilities. Very reasonable price. Breakfast at recommended cafe (Wreck Bistro) was, however disappointing; expensive and not well cooked.

Lovely room with air con and a small kitchen area with microwave, fridge, tea and coffee facilities, crockery and cutlery available. Clean and comfortable room. Helpful and friendly staff. We arrived early for check in & the hotel provided secure left luggage for us. Hotel situated close to bars and restaurants.

A great stay at The Resident Liverpool. Fantastic location, just a short walk from Ropewalks, with a Wetherspoons and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Despite being so central, it was lovely and quiet at night, and we slept really well. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with a coffee machine, mini fridge, and microwave. The bathroom was also a great size. We’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it.

The area for making drinks and washing up and using microwave was quite cramped. The microwave and glasses and plates were too high up.

An amazing value room. Great, quick check-in. Huge room on 4th floor, with King Size Bed. Bathroom with Molton Brow toiletries. Perfectly located. Very clean.

We had a lovely stay. Every single staff member was friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the aircon wasn’t great but we were supplied a fan instead. Definitely go back!

Great Hotel with great staff.

The location was good, walking distance to restaurants, pub, shops and near the Albert dock. I also appreciated the handwritten note from the staff. I find this very warm and welcoming. I just hope they have parking but they were helpful in terms of guiding us where to park. The discount code was also good.

This hotel was recommended by a friend & it did not disappoint. Fantastic locations, bars, restaurants & shops all within walking distance. All amenities in the room were excellent. Especially loved the hidden mini kitchen in the wardrobe! Would def book again

Staff always super friendly and positive attitudes, always look professional too and do what they can for you. Room rated a 5 star for cleanliness. Could have had a little more time spent with the vacuum cleaner but to be fair it’s crazy hot during the insane heatwave so not gonna mark them down, just a subtle mention. Only gripe was air con didn’t really touch the sides. Would only go to 19 and felt more like 25. Be nice for air con to go to a cool temp which is at least 17 for us. Other than that in this heatwave, fantastic hotel and people. Great location.
